I'm a size 10/12 in pants, 180lbs but tall, and got a size M. it fit perfectly! I bought this probably about 2 years ago started off on the loosest hooks, but used it inconsistently. I've been using it more now and i'm on the 3rd hooks, might size down soon!

Entirely extremely too small for my waiste I probably should’ve ordered a medium or just a small instead cause I ordered a extra small and the reason I chose a extra small because I was afraid it was gonna be too big but ladies please before you order your waiste trainer take this from me as a life lesson cause you will be upset... make sure you measure your waiste before you Order your size because all that second guessing could turn out to be wrong... the key is too ”measure” but I’ve kinda been trying my best to work with it the best way I can and I only could wear for 2 hours even though it suppose to be 8 hours for more results but I just couldn’t cause I was so uncomfortable cause it was too tight on me but I been making it work a little so far will be ordering me another raise really soon and I don’t blame the company I blame myself cause I should’ve measured so no I’m not going to low rate them.

i’m 5’0ft tall, 29inch waist and i bought a medium (short torso) and it was perfect. i bought a small at first thinking i needed to size down for a tighter fit but don’t do that! basics rule i guess would be to size it to the size you wear your t-shirt’s. i wear a medium so i bought a medium and it was tight (obviously) but not impossible to get on. i’ve been wearing it everyday for 8hrs a day and it’s pretty much undetectable under clothing. hoping i see results along with working out and clean eating.

update **** lost 1 inch off my waist :)

I purchased as I needed a traditional Waist Trainer. this did the job excellently. I've had some others before but this one fit the bill nicely. Well constructed, great boning (sure its steel or plastic) and great stitching. I bought Womens Med... I'm a 42 inch chest and 36 waist in mens. It helped me slim down and appear two sizes smaller for a wedding, and was unnoticeable when worn under a flesh colored mens compression tank over it, under a white tux shirt and jacket. Really gave me the confidence for the event I needed. Highly recommend. Wouldn't wear this small of a size every day, but just purchased a L for more frequent wear.

I read a review that said to size down and I’m glad I did. I got an extra small, and think that a small would have been too large to accurately waist train.
Besides that, this is a great product! Amazing material and good quality.

Worth my money, it has good quality and packaging is also good. Nice thing about this product is that it also cover my bellybutton (where most of my fat come out especially when i sit). BTW, i choose size M and my waistline is 29 inch

I am 5 feet 7 1/2 inches I weigh 210 pounds And my waist size is 33 1/2 inches I decided to go with the large and it was a little difficult getting the corset on but the trick I learned is to get the first hook lay down on your back and then hook the rest so far so good I’m excited to see my progress with this waist trainer as this is my first one. this will be interesting.

I like how well fitting this is! The clasps are very sturdy and strong and allows for the waist trainer to do its job! I’ve been wearing it for a week and and down to the second line of clasps. Works great. Very comfortable. Easy to hide under clothing. Size is just as expected. Great for the price. Would buy again

so Before i purchased this item i bought a size XXL for my postpartum belly pouch, and within 1 month of using it I went down to the first row it was too big, so i decided to skip the XL and got for the L and it was the best thing i could have ever done. yes it a little snug (but it wouldn't be a waist trainer if it wasn't) it makes my waist appear very snatched and makes me sit up straight with no issues. I've waist trained all my life since i was 15 because i would use it for the gym, now being 20y and just recently have given birth to a beautiful i thought i would never get my body back i used to be a size Small. and soon with this waist trainer ill be own to a M in one month.
