Beautiful belt, great quality material, but...Too large on me and there was no smaller size to choose from. I use it on days when I don't need any amount of compression. Still, it is a good quality belt.

Good product I was actually excited to see that it didn’t have any wires. I just recommend to buy two sizes smaller for example I’m XL according to the chart but to feel it tight and like a corset. So I had to return it and I moved up to size M. And it has very good material and it’s very soft.

My first ever waist trainer.
First time I put it on, I put it on upside down like a newbie, but after I put it on correctly, it fit like a glove. Not too uncomfortable, but it IS a waist trainer so you’re not going to be sitting on clouds.

Warning: your nails will die putting this thing on. So be prepared.

Omg!! This is by far the best waist trainer!! For working out, I highly recommend the latex one as it allows you to move easily but yet supports your over all posture.
