I can honestly say you won't regret buying this waist trainer. I'm six weeks postpartum and needed a waist trainer to help me tighten that loose pouch. I'm 5'1 and weight 125 so I order the small. The minute I tried it on it felt tight yet comfortable. During my first pregnancy I bought a waist trainer that was just very uncomfortable that I gave up wanting to wear it. This one feels perfect. I got the latex cotton breathable. I definitely recommend it.

I like how it doesn’t fold/bend at all when you sit. It was REALLY hard to put on but worth the effort. And I’m in LOVE with the pink!!!

I have been using these tummy trainers(various brands) for months and they have worked in getting my waist Down from a 12 to a 4. I was actually a 6 until I bought this one and went to a 4 in less than two weeks! It's so comfortable! I forgot I had it on but it help my posture, held my stomach in AND tamed my appetite. I love it and am buying more colors. You can't even tell I have it on.

Originally ordered a tank top combination trainer from another vendor, it was too large even though I went with my own measurements. Returned it and found this gem ❤️ Reviews advised to buy 2 sizes smaller because the goal is to shrink and keep shrinking the waist. I’m 5’6, 215 lbs, and my mid section is a pain because if kind of hangs thanks to my kiddos. Originally ordered a 2XL from other vendor, purchased a Large in this trainer. I usually wear size L to XL in shirt. I AM LOVING THIS. I had to do my Vick’s vapor wrap because I was unable to get this on when I first opened it, wore my wrap overnight and was able to get this baby on first thing this morning. It’s soooo complimenting AND THE QUALITY IS EXCELLENT
