i've used waist trainer, tummy control pants and all sorts of things BUT this by far is thee BEST thing i have ever tried
traditional waist trainers DO NOT stay in place you have to constantly readjust them and the biggest problem with regular waist trainers is they squeeze you and give your upper body a muffin top affect.

I was worried about making sure I ordered the right size due to the size chart. Well I went with my first mind and ordered the Medium. I'm glad I did because my the vest fits perfect! I have worn this everyday that I workout and I have been soaked! It's not bulky under my gym wear and at the rate I'm going I will probably need to order a small in the next 30-60 days... Great buy!

I'm a medium but I bought a small which fits perfectly. It's my favorite sauna suit because the belt is adjustable and is the right width for me. The upper part too fits very nicely.

Order to size love it great to workout in ordering to big of a size might cause you not to see alot of results from it
