Very nice and light weight... I would just say to get a size smaller so it can fit snug.

I ordered a small because I figured if it helps me lose a few inches then it will still be good after. Plus I usually wear between a medium and small in shirts. The first Tim I put it on I thought it would be too small but I was able to close it up and worked out with it. I feel that it does trim you waist. My waist does appear smaller and what I like about it is that it stays in place.

It fits great and keeps your core warm.

I just finished a 3 mile moderate walk wearing the vest. I wore my vest, with a sauna shirt(pictured) over top and sweatpants. I am soaked down to my underwear. I am 5'7 212 I wear a 14 pants(38 waist) and an xl top. I am too heavy with larger breast 42 f. I ordered a 2x vest, the bra part is tight but comfortable, a bit hard to zip so i have to hold it together and zip a couple inches before i can get the zipper up. The shipping was fast came in two days. While wearing the vest to work out I felt the burn in my abs and back so that's a plus. This vest isn't like a cincher so it won't hold you in too tight however I will use both in combination. Vest for work outs cincher to sleep in.

 Do I love working out? Nope. Not anymore.
But I love the way my skin looks, the weight loss, and jow uch better I feel when I do.
It's of course better to wear a trainer belt when working out but man... I hate those. They are loyd, the velcro always leaves marks on my skin and they are bulky which is just a no when I'm working out.
This vest? It's not bulky, the velcro is on the outside and even if I yank it shut as much as I can, the velcro doesn't touch my skin which is great.
Plus, it actually doesn't look like I'm wearing anything bulky under my shirt even though I have this on. The straps an the shoulders are bigger than a spaghetti spray so it doesn't dig into my skin, AND it supports my 36 DD bust size. And it supports me well.
This isn't cheaply made, the materials and top quality, and the sweat doesn't seep through to show on my shirts like a flimsy waist trainer would. I hate those.

Sizing is as described in the size chart. If anything I would say that it runs a tad bit on the small size so if you are close to the end of the size you may wish to order up.

The tank has a zippered bra and a piece that wraps around the abdomen. It is not one continuous piece. There is a small pocket on the flap that ends up on the outside which I would advise against using for anything that can not get wet. The neoprene material is comfortable and flexible. It gets very hot and is not breathable, but of course that is the point. Hand washing and hanging to dry will keep the tank in the best shape.

It does a great job of increasing sweat product particularly in the upper body and core. Increased sweat alone is not what will give you lasting weight loss. I use it for a detoxification purposes when I run or do stair sprints on cardio days. Make sure you get adequate hydration and that you do not overheat while wearing this tank. Increased sweat production can cause both of those issues.

The quality of this sweat tank is great. It is very well made and put together with good strong stitching.

This is pretty much the best product I've ever experienced for workout enhancement. This is my first time using this type of garment and I live it. And this company has the absolute best customer service I have ever experienced! I'm 5'2 200lbs 38DD. I ordered the 2XL and the male female Velcro lined up right next to each beginning with beginning and end with end. I felt like if I went down a size I would get a better and more firm bdy shaping grip if I went down a size. I retuned the 2XL and purchased the XL. The fit is much better and it was a completely hassle free return.

I love this vest. I have purchased NUMEROUS waste trainers and waste belts to help me sweat and this one is by far the best. I just got it today and I put in on and got in my car to run an errand and instantly started sweating. I work from home and have had it on for about 3 hours and started sweating as im sitting at my desk working. So far this vest is THEBOMB.COM........I highly recomment this vest.

It probably won't close up on your breaststroke the first time bit still looks like picture:)

This is the best one so far, I love it. I wear it whenever I work out and I don't have any issues with it rolling up my back. It is very great material which means that it will last for a while and it makes you sweat like crazy. I am so happy I purchased this not to mention the price is also great because I have seen some and the prices were outrages. Thank you for making a great product at a budget rate so that everyone can afford it.

I received it earlier than expected. It really makes you sweat tremendously during your workout. My clothing was drenched after a 40 min of a dance workout.

Great product but runs a little big

I love this sauna suit! Good quality for the price! Very comfortable to wear, especially to the gym.. Really makes you sweat a lot which is great for detoxifying! It will also help you lose inches around your waist and back.. Waist trainers often ride up or dont cover all areas but this suit gives you full coverage even your lower belly!! If your looking to maximize your workout sweat this sauna suit is certainly the way to go!! Size is a true match.. No difficulty in choosing a size like you do with a waist trainer.. Just pick what you normally wear.. If you normally wear a large order a large suit.
