Just perfect! Very easy to adjust up or down to fit different lengths, adds much volume to my vintage swing dresses. Love it so much, I already ordered a second one in red!(I have the white one.) Will also be ordering a black one when I get the chance to. I know the red one will look absolutely adorable with my black and white polka dot dress..So exciting!

I just received this a couple days ago and have been wearing for the past 2 days and WOW, i can already see a difference! For the price this one is great high quality. Sizing - I am 5'3 138pds and ordered a medium and it's the perfect size. I have worn it all day and it's comfortable enough to wear all day as well as makes me look skinny under clothes.

This fit perfectly. I was able to start with the first set of clips, and work my way to the third set. The quality of material is great. It has almost a rubber like texture on the outside, and a very comfortable soft material on the inside. It stays in place, and is comfortable to wear for hours at a time. I have worn it for as long as 8 hours a day. It not only shrinks and shapes your waist, but corrects your posture as well. I recommend this to all females who are looking for a slimmer, curvier hour glass type figure.

To start things off...i bought this because i just had a baby and my tummy needed some extra help being put back where it belongs. I am about 5 10 and currently a tad over 200. I gained a lot of weight with my pregnancy so i am working on getting my body back and i have a bit of extra skin on my tummy as well that i am trying to get rid of and i wanted to help things along. This item arrived today so i will post another review after i have worn it for a week or so. I have had this on for about three hours now and so far i like it. I measured my waist and purchased a size down from what the guidelines stated. Although it is a bit tight, i wanted it that way so i can wear it as i keep losing weight. It is a bit large right under my breasts but i attribute that to my shape as my stomach and waist do not really match the rest of my body currently. Immediately after i put it on i was able to get back into my prepregnancy clothes. I have sat in it and done a few odd moves taking care of my baby and it feels just fine. I put it on lying down and put it a little higher in the back than in the front to hide my bra fat and even being tall with a long torso i feel like it fits perfectly for my height. At this moment i would recommend this product and really do like it. I am hoping it helps with some of my back troubles as well. I will post an update with pictures soon. I dont want to take it off yet to take before pictures...i will also try sleeping in it and see how that goes.

I purchased this for dual purpose. It does just what I purchased it for. The back support that this belt gives me is amazing. When I put this belt it feels like the most comforting hug to my lower back. As your waist decreases this belt will shrink with you, in that it is adjustable. It does however have a strong smell but over time that does go away. I waited before writing this review as I wanted to give my honest opinion. If you are planning to wear this under form fitting clothes, be advised that it is very visible. But so far it seems to be of good quality and affordable. I would definitely purchase this belt again. This belt was purchased with my own money, so therefore this is my honest opinion. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
