I purchased this for dual purpose. It does just what I purchased it for. The back support that this belt gives me is amazing. When I put this belt it feels like the most comforting hug to my lower back. As your waist decreases this belt will shrink with you, in that it is adjustable. It does however have a strong smell but over time that does go away. I waited before writing this review as I wanted to give my honest opinion. If you are planning to wear this under form fitting clothes, be advised that it is very visible. But so far it seems to be of good quality and affordable. I would definitely purchase this belt again. This belt was purchased with my own money, so therefore this is my honest opinion. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

I'm a 34, sometimes 36 bust and wear 27-29 jeans size or 6-9. Mediums fit me 90% of the time. I have a small corset that is too small..I got a MEDIUM and it fit PERFECT not lose or extreamly tight! but I would like a little tighter so I looped it on the middle row. I'll be ordering a small soon. The material is comfortable durable and beautiful! Bones don't bother me sitting down or anything - helps with posture! Great product! I'm open to answer any questions!

I love this waist trainer! I have had it for about a week now and wear it every day around the house or when running errands under my lounge clothes. It is also very comfortable to workout in! I do cardio, abs and weights (arms/legs) and it doesn't shift, poke or irritate.
