    I love this waist trainer! I have had it for about a week now and wear it every day around the house or when running errands under my lounge clothes. It is also very comfortable to workout in! I do cardio, abs and weights (arms/legs) and it doesn't shift, poke or irritate.

    I’m a plus size girl (I roughly wear XL-XXL Products) so this was a bit snug on me, But not to the point where it was super painful or uncomfortable. Other then that It has kept it's shape VERY well, I wear this under my lolita dresses all the time and it helps keep dresses and skirts in that perfect cupcake shape!

    I ordered this is black and white and they both are great once you get them out and fluff them up! I like that they are high waisted fit so the petticoats act as a lightweight tummy controller as well. These are slightly longer than my dresses, so I had to sit them or roll a little higher on my waist for the perfect fit.. I am also 5'4 with shorter legs.

    Fits perfectly once you get correct size. I'm 5'5 and 185 I ordered the XL and it was too tight, replaced it with a 2XL and it's perfect! Well made and very flattering. I wear mine for 8 hours a day.

    Want a high quality product? Then here it is. These actually work when used consistently. When worn during meals it can help to reduce eating capacity because of its restrictive design around the abdomen (stomach) area. Of course, this is an added benefit to its intended use. Less invasive and costly than surgery? I'll give it a try!
