This is a great investment. Especially if you have bad posture. It makes you aware of standing tall and keeps everything in. It's awkward at first to get used to. But after a few times you totally get the hang of it. You don't even see it under clothes.(unless they are uber tight) I bought a nude one and I will be purchasing a black one next.
I just got this item in the mail today. I am 5'2 and 118 pounds. I usually wear an extra small in tops so i decided to go with a small. I got the hooks clasped on the loosest notches with a little struggle but that's how it's supposed to be. I do wish i ordered the short torso one because it does bunch up a little when i sit down, but i dont plan on sitting down while using this because i work in retail and i am always standing. So if you're my height and do have a desk job i suggest ordering the short torso one, but size wise it fits very nicely.
This Waist Trainer Is The Best Trainer I've Used Thus Far. I Order 2 This Size Is One Size Smaller For Me It's The 24'25 I Needed The 26'27 In The Steal I Have A 26'27 In The Breathable That One Is The One You Should Get One Size Small Because It's Extremely Stretchy. You Also Don't Want To Get One Too Too Small Because Then Your Back Fat Will Show & That Is Not The Look You Want If Your Going To Wear It Under Cloths. If Your Heavier I Would Recommend Getting A Vest First That's Going To Help Get Rid Of The Back Fat The Get One Of These.
I Also Noticed That The Steal Connectors Are Not Reall The Secure There A Little Loose Two Of Mine Came Off I Know How To Sew So I Sewed Them Back On More Secure Along With The Others.
Just Make Sure You Get Your Sizing Rite That's Really Important.
It fits perfectly! A lot better than my cincher which ended up breaking on me. I should've extended my research and found this one first. I highly recommend a STEEL BONED corset. Don't fall for those stretchy cinchers like me; it doesn't really do anything besides leaving scars.
I am so happy to say that this product works amazingly! I am almost 6'2 weighed 130lbs. My waist was 46 and my hips were 49! I got an XL and wearing at least 6 hours a day with no working out and slightly watching what I ate, I went straight to a medium from an XL in 3 weeks. After that I started working out with it on watching what I ate (I never eat salt in my daily life for 4 years) in 2 weeks I went from 230.2 to 204.6!!! This is definitely a fantastic buy! I was a 16/18, now I'm 10/12 and 14 fit a too big but I can make them work! I can literally have my medium waist trainer on and wrap the XL around me and have it be way too big!
