I am so happy to say that this product works amazingly! I am almost 6'2 weighed 130lbs. My waist was 46 and my hips were 49! I got an XL and wearing at least 6 hours a day with no working out and slightly watching what I ate, I went straight to a medium from an XL in 3 weeks. After that I started working out with it on watching what I ate (I never eat salt in my daily life for 4 years) in 2 weeks I went from 230.2 to 204.6!!! This is definitely a fantastic buy! I was a 16/18, now I'm 10/12 and 14 fit a too big but I can make them work! I can literally have my medium waist trainer on and wrap the XL around me and have it be way too big!

I was not expecting such a well made product. I have purchased other waist training corsets, this one is probably the best. Especially for the price. The fit is perfect. I wanted to get a medium, but, I listened to the reviews. I bought a large and I am on the first hooks and it is cinching me. And I have two more cinches to go. I wear it with clothes and you can't even tell I am wearing it. First few hours was a little tight, but, after that it is perfect.

Even though I had a little bit of trouble getting the middle fasteners closed I really liked how this immediately improved my posture. I think if I were to buy it again I might buy one size larger though, but I'm hoping to lose weight so maybe this one will be just right after a few pounds are gone. I am 5'3 and weigh about 190. I wear large size shirts and size 16 pants. I ordered the size 3X based on some other reviews and not based on the size chart which said the 4X was the right size for me. I might go ahead and buy the 4X and save this one for later. I can close it but it was NOT easy. My fault for not buying the right size.

I am 5'8, 275lbs. My waist is a 43, so I got the 5xl. It fits perfectly! It gathered all my problem areas in! I even sit and stand correctly. It's a little short but it is not a big issue. It is firm so don't do any hardcore workouts. I just put it on and go on with my day and take an hour walk. The material inside is sort of breathable. It did help me lose inches, fit my clothes perfectly. I will buy again!
