When I got pregnant, I weighed 118 lbs on a 5'6 frame. Very thin. I got huge around the middle, and after I gave birth, my lower pooch stayed. My kid is 4 now, and no amount of exercise or weight-loss has helped. I currently weigh 145, and while I like my size, my lower belly makes me self conscious. I measured my waist and got about 31 inches at the smallest part. I ordered the large. It fits just snug enough on the loosest row of hooks to be comfortable enough to wear under clothes as a girdle type deal. The second row of hooks gives me a squeeze (like the Pinterest- saran wrap -and- acebandage type of squeeze). I can't latch the third row of hooks myself, so there is room for this thing to work I guess. The product seems sturdy enough and I haven't had any warping when I sit (at a computer for hours at a time for work)

I really like this waist trainer, I was really iffy to buying this becuase I had never had one and didn't know what to expect but it really helps tighten your stomach and it is of very well quality.

I have not worn this much, but from putting it on when I received it, I have the impression that it is very sturdy and well made.The laces are easy to loosen and tighten and the boning is adequate. I don't think my plan of wearing it as a back brace under my clothes to work is going to pan out because I can't figure out a way for it to not show under my clothes :-( But I'm keeping it anyway because it's so cool. :-)

This here really works I love it. It makes you sweat like crazy while you work out in it an wearing tight clothing over it also helps. The good thang is you can use the Sweet Sweat Cream with it to make you sweat even more. You don't gotta use the name brand bulls*** sweat band to lose weight. Heck you can even use a really cheap sweat band from Walmart and still use the Sweet Sweat Cream an get the same results. :) but y'all should give this a try. I Love It.

I absolutely love the product !! I especially love that you can hardly notice you are wearing a waist trainer under clothes. Most don't have the zipper so you can see all the clamps underneath. This waist trainer is soft and is perfect for wearing out and about or at home. I noticed it also helped keep me standing straight while I would go for a jog.

This is a very well made product. I was searching for a waist training corset for a while but did not want to pay the large prices for the big advertisers. I originally purchased a medium based on my measurements but it was too small. I messaged the company and they emailed right back saying they would send a new one no need to return the one I already bought. I was so thankful! Amazing customer service plus a well made product! I'm 170 lbs and 5'7 with a 36 waist. I ordered a 2xl because I really wanted it to suck me in. It does but there's a bit of a crease at the back. Under normal clothes you won't notice it. The thong is a bit wide but it's not too bad.

I'm a small so I bought a small. I have a short torso so I got the short torso one and by George it's amazing. I'm 4'11 107 and it's so hard finding things that fit and it fit me just right. I'm seeing body changes already (:
