I'm 5'2 148 lbs. I got the medium one it is really hard to put on, but once you do it , it's worth the struggle. I have a lot of back fat and I feel that for me it would have worked better if I have gotten the vest instead of the cincher. But overall liked the quality and it does shrink your waist.

The quality of the black sports trainer is very good considering the price. Ive only used mine twice but so I can't say about any long term results but I would not recommend working out in one.

The waist trainer works great for me. It helps me to not over eat therefore that helps me lose weight. I've been drinking nothing but water and I'm ready start my diet Monday 5/23/16. My Waist trainer came Wednesday 5/18/16 I wore mine for 10 hours so far on Wednesday and Thursday, and of course took it off to shower and stuff. Today is Friday and I already lost 3lbs so that's pretty amazing to me. I haven't worked out and dieted yet but I am going to Monday so I'll see faster results, but wow it does shrink your stomach inches and weight for me! Love it! I'll update in June so you'll see a picture from 5/18/16-6/18/16. This is my before picture with the purple tank and tan bottoms

I bought an extra-large first. It fit well, but was somewhat big around my ribs, due to my miss-measuring. So I returned it and got a medium. It is tight, but I think I will get more use of it. I love it so far. Especially since it's helping with my back pain and improving my posture.

I love this waist trainer, I have been using it for three days and I notice a difference in my posture and a slight reduction in my middle area. I have lower back problems with two discs, this waist trainer helps me sit properly while at my desk at work on my computer since I tend to forget and slump. Last night I slept with it on and it helped my back and hip pain. So what I bought to help me loose and reshape in my mid section is now helping other issues. I am 5'3 , weigh 144 lbs and my waist measures 35 , this waist trainer is thick but I usually wear loose tops for comfort, so it shows somewhat but not too much. I'm happy with my purchase. It's been a month now and I wear my waist trainer belt about an hour a day sometimes longer, I feel my midsection getting warm and sweating, so I like to wear a cotton t-shirt under it to absorb the perspiration. I have noticed a flatter tummy by using this belt, along with careful eating, making right choices. Great quality! Although, my waist trainer is a bit small do to measuring my waist and not my hips as the size chart shows...it still holds me in!! Waist trainer + watching Calorie intake + strength training= smaller waist!

Very affordable and effective product! I ordered a medium, so make sure you size up. I gave birth almost 10 weeks ago and I purchased this binder to help me get back in shape. For reference, I'm 5 ft, 130 lbs., hourglass shape. I was 120 lbs pre pregnancy and I already lost 23 lbs of my pregnancy weight. Most of the weight I gained was in the my midsection and a little bit distributed all over my body but despite being 10 lbs overweight, I am now able to wear size 4 petite clothing. I also consistently wear a size small Bellefit girdle and it's becoming lose, but not quite there yet to transition to xsmall. I am only able to use the camellias binder twice but I can tell that it is helping with my waistline issue. I wear it while I do my ballet beautiful workout and walking outside with my baby. I have been using waist trainers since I was in high school. The products I use back then were not as high quality as my Camellias, but helped with weight loss as long as I wear it during work outs (running, sprinting, jump rope) or while I'm doing chores and while I'm asleep. I couldn't do the same work outs since i have the baby all the time, but I am satisfied with how I look, but I could look better. :-) By the way, this is very noticeable to wear with clothes. I wear my Scandale bodysuit when I'm wearing a dress and a Bellefit compression thong for everything else. Anyway, I highly recommend waist trainers, and this one is worth the price. If there is one good advice I can give my daughter (I have boys, though), is to wear waist trainers. My girlfriends wonder how I got my shape back that quick, and the secret is my girdle and waist trainers. I have also been paleo/primal, also careful with what I eat (my mantra is 80% diet 20% lifestyle). I give it 5 stars because it is affordable, high quality for the affordable price and effective.

The waist trainer itself seems great. The material is strong and sturdy. The band fits snug to get that waist trainer feel.that you want. However, I didn't even read the sizes and I ordered a small, just assuming it'll fit me. It's a little too small for me right now. I can't wear it as well as id like. Maybe I just need to lose a few more inches, I'll update on the fit here when that happens. Otherwise, the seller was great. The shipping was punctual and quick. I wI'll definitely purchase again and maybe in the right size until I lose more wait.
