I’m 5’8” 130 pounds wearing a size Small. I can get to the first notch and I can really squeeze to get to the second notch. I would love to eventually get the the third notch. I have a 26 inch waist and a 33 inch lower stomach. Hoping to tighten it up a few inches.

I purchased the black 25 steel bone waist trainer (short torso) ... I’m about 125lbs and got an XSThis product is made of a latex material and is very sturdy. Doesn’t seem cheap either.The first time I tried it on I struggled 20 min to put it on, it was extremely tight (but that’s what I was looking for) and as days have gone by it’s been easier to put on as my body is changing...Having said that I do wear it many hours a day , around 16 hrs ( I don’t work out with it) .I’ve tried many other waist trainers and this one is by far my favorite... good quality, good price, and doesn’t stretch much.Ladies waist training does take time so don’t think it’s gonna happen over night ! You must be committed.

I was so excited to get a corset for the first time! It was a great corset for shaping the bwody but had to return the product since I had an accident from wearing it and cannot use it anymore.

I am 5 feet 6 inches tall and weigh 210lbs. The largest size was too small so I had to return it. I just want to leave this review because the waist trainer was so beautiful. The material was strong and soft yet I can’t give a comment on the actual comfort because it didn’t even come close to closing. Also I would like to say the return process was fast and easy. Received my return immediately with no issues. Thank You!

Amazing waist belt that is sturdy and made with great material. I love this weight belt and I'm a male and use it for my BodyBuilding shows to shape my waist. hello! so if your iffy about this and see some of these women with the red marks,it’s because they don’t wear a tank top under it! they didn’t do their research so please educate your self before you buy one! search youtube videos on it if you have rib or asma problems ask your doctor if it’s okay that you make this purchase. i love these waist trainers their so comfortable and very durable!

My original purchase was an XL and there was not enough compression. I immediately started the return process and reached out to the Seller and they immediately responded and walked me through the return process as well as how I could repurchase for the same price as I had purchased under the sales price. I ordered the new waist trainer size Med and wasn’t sure if I wanted to keep it but the design made me hold onto it. The waist trainer is constructed precisely and I’m glad that I kept the product and look forward to ordering from them in the future.

While waiting for a custom made $175 waist trainer, I decided to order this in the meantime. It blew my mind how well this $25 trainer works! I'm ordering another to have as a spare. I purchased this product because I am 21 and getting more and more health-conscious. I am preparing to eat better and will soon start working out regularly to combat the decreased physical activity and maintain my hourglass shape. With COVID-19 leading to me working from home, I don't want to get out of shape, and I also work on a computer for much of the day and catch myself slouching a lot in my office chair. Therefore, a waist trainer seemed like a wonderful solution.I am a size medium in t-shirts and usually have a slight loose fit when doing so. After looking through the reviews, I decided to go for an XS so that I would not have to size down again quickly, and I am satisfied with this decision. It was a bit of a challenge to get on, which I was hoping for, but the process took maybe 5 or so minutes. I already like the shape. My posture is lovely, and it is comfortable. This is my first waist trainer, so I was a little scared to try it. However, I can see myself going out for a walk or to the store wearing this underneath my clothing soon.
