I weigh 185 pounds and I’m 5’8. I measured at 39 inches and according to the size chart, I was supposed to get 4XL. I got a large since I went based on the size shirts I use and it fit to the last hook! It fits fine and it’s breathable. I’ll be ordering a size medium since I’m already in the last hook.

I love this product. This is My second buy. I ordered a 2x the 1st time and now im in a xl. I wear it for 8 hours a day while at work. ITs comfortable to work in. I work a job where I am on on my feet not much sit down time so I don't know how comfortable it would be wearing it for 8 hours sitting down. I do not workout in it only because I prefer a sweatband and something less fitting to be able to exercise freely. It holds you in and it is seamless so it's not super noticeable under clothing.

I wear an xl or size 18 I’m 5,2 I have a belly pouch . I got a 4xl at first it will seem small but suck it in ladies and get help. It fits perfectly and doesn’t leave that pouching at the top . It covers under breast area and below belly.Worth the money

I think I purchased us about three times. It’s great for water loss, very comfortable and smooth on the under clothes. You have to make sure you keep it dry I have to use to prevent mold smell.

I have a short torso and I absolutely love this product. It’s so comfortable and gives me a lot of support I wear it to the gym and can workout just fine. I also wear just because i love how it makes me feel. I do not sleep in it. I know a lot of people who experience pain relief from it because it makes you sit up straight. How ever I do not experience pain relief.

I am from Arizona and it is Summertime . I am able to wear it to work in AC just fine. I love how this pulls my top inward and flattens my tummy and sides.. I got a large and I am between a 10 -12. The under clasps are super easy to undo and do up. I want to get it in black.
