    I am from Arizona and it is Summertime . I am able to wear it to work in AC just fine. I love how this pulls my top inward and flattens my tummy and sides.. I got a large and I am between a 10 -12. The under clasps are super easy to undo and do up. I want to get it in black.

    I love this waist trainer!! I am 5’4 and 151 pounds. I was torn between a medium and a large. I am so happy I went with a large, it fits me comfortably with no struggle getting on. I probably could’ve went for a medium but I probably wouldn’t have felt as comfortable.

    This is one of the best waist trainers I’ve ever tried. I have tried way too many too count and this one is by far my favorite. I would order a size up from your original size and work your way through the three notches that they have. This waist trainer really gives you those curves and really sucks in your gut. I would highly recommend.

    I love it! It's a little snug up top but if I would have gone bigger it wouldn't work. It fit better without a bra but do not feel very supported so ill wear a sports one.I love the little pocket inside also. I am 5ft 1in, 165 lbs and size 38DD and got an XL and I'm happy with it.

    I'm using it to curve my bulgy lower tummy. I'm only 135lbs not using it for weight loss...simply to tone and maintenance. I love the way it hugs my body, great fit!
