Compared to most this is very comfortable. It purpose is to make you sweat but it’s not like after a workout. I was afraid I’d wouldn’t be comfortable but I really like this. Will buy another one to have backup when the other is being washed.

8 hours a day and gave me the figure I wanted. For best results, use the 25 steel boned one (non breathable one). It has less stretch and I’m assuming the non breathable version would have too much stretch. You want it to be as sturdy as possible. Do not wear it for more than 8 hours a day, do not sleep in it, ABSOLUTELY DO NOT EXERCISE IN IT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, pair with daily stretches for your back and ab exercises since it weakens your core and you should be good. Exercising with it does nothing but constrict your breathing, you can seriously injure yourself!!! Wish they had an xxs though

I love this “waist trainer” not quite because it has no steel bones but it’s amazing! Such great quality for the price. I am 5 3’ 170 lbs and per the size chart I was 5x, however based off other reviews I chose an xl which was big for me. I sent it back and got a L which was perfect!

So I really like the waist trainer. I did have to send back but not because it didn't work. I did a 10 day cleanse and once I finished the medium was too big so ill reorder and get a small.

I ordered the 4X because I wanted to make sure I had enough room yet make sure it was snug enough. I just had VSG surgery and used to be a size 20 in torrid jeans. I say used to because I have not worn any jeans since surgery and I have lost 47 pounds. If I had to guess I am about a 16/18 now. I went down from a 3X to a 1X to 2X. I was looking for a lot of reviews when I ordered this because I wanted to make sure I did not order the wrong size.
