I love this waist trainer! All the ones I've had are always too short making my lower abdomen pop out, but not this one. However, i went according to the size chart but it is a little too big on me. I purchased this with a coupon and would like to exchange for the same price. How can I do this?

Love the support and fit, it really does heat up my core but not crazy sweaty. Good product. I'm an xl-1x and ordered a xxl from prior experience, order 1sz larger and u can lose 2in with the hook closure as u train.

Ok this product is awesome and since I have got it I wear it faithfully ..I've lost wieght and this brand I love I also purchased another waist trainer well sauna one and it's awesome as well and will stay with there product I keep losing weight and this trainer I see results alot so I'm happy with my purchases with them I have a small and I'm happy very happy .. also you do have yo eat right and excercise dont expect to lose weight or the waist trainer to do everything for u .u have to still work for it

When I first received this it was packaged great. I initially thought that I couldn’t fit it because it didn’t lap all the way around. I watched a video and realized that you have to basically get help to put it on. I got a medium which was a mistake lmao. I’m 5'8 220lbs. Once I got it on I couldn’t breathe smh. I then tried to move around in it. Very comfortable just make sure to get the right size. It’s worth every penny and when I look in the mirror I feel like I had surgery. Amazing ladies so don’t even hesitate and no I wasn’t paid but I wish lol.

I love this waist trainer ! I tried this brand out after watching YouTube videos on introductions to waist training and etc. After measuring my waist which was 32 inches (160 pounds) I decided to order a size large. the first day I put it on I started at the first set of hooks and within two days I was on my last. I wear it about 8 hours of the day, when I’m actively out and about, and on the days I am actively working out I wear a sweat belt (workout belt) to really help me sweat more. Now that I am in my last row of hooks I have just ordered me a medium and wai to by for it to arrive.

If you are on the fence, don't be! I absolutely love this waist trainer. It immediately sucks everything in and gives you a very nice shape. Runs very small. I had to buy 3 different sizes before I got the right one. The very first day was difficult. It was super tight and my body was sore the next day like I had done a full body workout. Evert day after thar was completely fine. It's comfortable and sometimes I forget it's there. Don't worry about it showing under your clothes because it doesn't at all. I have had this for 3 weeks now and I've worn it 6-8 hours each day. I wear it while doing normal tasks and I've also worn it while working out. I wear a thin cami underneath it because I have very sensitive skin and don't want to take the chance of it irritating my skin. Even with that, I definitely can see a difference in my shape already and I've moved on to the second row of hooks. This is WORTH EVERY PENNY!

I purchased the 25 steel bone waist trainer. This waist trianer is definitely worth the money I got a size small, I weigh 157 lbs 29-33 inch waist depending what I ate haha!Im used to wearing waist trainers so I'm used to being constricted. I could have squeezed into an x-small but it would have been tight and difficult to get on!!!! Im current on the first hook with the small and I could honestly work out in this without discomfort.My last trainer was not from this company for about the same price and nothing compared to this quality. The only complaint I have is the package arrived a day later even though it was marked as delivered on estimated date. But definitely love what this trainer does and the quality is A1!.Definitely will be purchasing again in the future

This waist trainer is great! It’s cheap and effective. You aren’t wasting your money unless you think your waist is supposed to form without any work behind it. The bottom of it is a little scratchy but other then that it’s fine.
