    I literally just got this but WOW! It is so comfortable and to be so affordable I will be purchasing more!! I have 4 others that I’ve paid up to $100 + for. I will update on its performance but I expect great things. Just make sure you know your measurements and your good.

    My waist is 32inches I got a medium and it fits perfect!! It’s tight but I’m still able to breathe and sit down with no problem. I love that it doesn’t roll down it stays in place.

    I am 5’5 190 lbs 41 in waist and ordered a M knowing it was going to be super tight on me because I wanted it to suck everything in and it did! I had to wiggle and pull and jump around to squeeze in but I like how it looks. Doesn’t show through clothes. I got the thong one and put boy shorts over it. It’s uncomfortable to wear but that’s because I got a smaller size for it to fit tight. I’m sure a size large would’ve also been fine and more comfortable. Have not worn it out but wore it at home for about an hour and it was digging into my back a bit, probably would help if someone could pull it up. It was most difficult taking it off as it scrunched up around my hips and thighs cutting off circulation and considered cutting it off but a few minutes of sweating wiggling I got it off.

    I bought this back in April 2020 and it’s now July 2020. The 3rd hook (tightest) is not tight for me anymore which is a great thing because I can now order my XS! When I started I was around 155 lbs so I originally was going to get a medium but after reading reviews I decided to get a small and I’m so glad I did because it was the perfect size for me at the time. I’m now around 135-137 lbs. I should add that this wasn’t the only factor for me losing weight/inches but it did help! I was skeptical at first and this is my first ever waist trainer BUT I recommend this to everyone around me because I absolutely love it! No need to spend $50 or more from other places. I hope this helps you!

    Im in love with this thing, this is my first waist trainer and I love it, My weight is 138 lb and my height is 5’7 , I order a XS since my usual top sizes is S And it fits perfect, great quality too.••••***••••Me encanta esta faja, es la primera vez que tengo una y me sirve perfecta, yo peso 138 libras y mido 5’7 y pedí una XS ya que el size que uso en los T-shirt’s es S , y que queda perfecta, puedo respirar bien tambien , es un poco incomoda si no te sientas bien derecho al principio ,pero luego de unos minutos te acostumbras, Y ni la sientes, muy buena calidad también

    Much easier to get on than expected. I ordered a medium but probably could've started with a small. Takes time to adjust to breathing while wearing but could just be me and my asthma.

    Now this is what I call a waist trainer. I am 5 feet 9 inches 190 pounds. My torso is very long. I always find that the waist training device is too short on my body, but this covers my entire abdomen and back. My size is large and I am very satisfied.
