This is my first waist trainer and I can say that I am not disappointed. It’s great quality and feels great! I ordered a size Medium and I believe it fits great, I am only able to clip it on the first row. I’m 5’5 and weigh 150. The trainer fits very snug and is not loose at all. Overall, I’m happy with this product.

I used to buy my waist trainers from another brand that was pretty pricey. I was questionable about this product because of the low price. I am happy to see that this waist trainer is just as durable as the others, for a fraction of the price that I used to pay from the other brand. Love it! It’s perfect to wear to the gym or just out and about. It isn’t uncomfortable like other waist trainers where you can’t move. Although so be careful with the zipper pinching your stomach!
