I have lower back pain and found it very helpful in supporting my entire midsection. I also learned that I have a habit of slouching even while sitting. Definitely has improved my posture. It takes a few days getting used to having a corset on but worth the hassle. I bought 3 of these, 1 for my mom.

This vest runs small. I ordered a 5x but I generally wear a 2x in tops. The vest has definitely increased the amount I sweat during work outs. It also dries quickly. I highly recommend this item.

I had to return my first order as it was too big. After receiving my second order I am loving the way it fits and looks. Size wise, if you are planning to purchase based on your body measurements, then I would recommend purchasing 1 size smaller.

Fits nice, and it's long for full coverage. I wear it as I exercise, and since I bought it (about a month ago) I'm already ready for the next size! I ordered the size for a 29 inch waist.(large) but my waist measured a 31. And it fit great. I wasnt even able to do the first section of clips without working hard. ( but not too uncomfortable) Now on the third and its tight but wish it was tighter. Hence probably time to get the smaller size. No complaints! Works!

Love this! I ordered according to the responses I read, not by measurement and ended up purchasing an XL for someone who is 5'9 and 185 lbs. I am already on the tightest cinch but it isn't too tight which is good for circulation. And it really holds in the sweat! The size is perfect, it covers my entire torso and doesn't ride up over the love handles. The boning keeps it in place, as well as the tightening strap. This is a little uncomfortable at first, but you get used to it as you work out. An added bonus is just the way you feel when you take it off after a workout, I feel skinnier the whole day! I know the results aren't immediate, but it really gives that added confidence booster. I'm ordering the large soon and I can't wait!

I followed other's advice and went down a size. I'm only able to do the first row of hooks so I have plenty of room to go tighter as I wear it. It seems like it may be a smidgen more comfortable if it were contoured for breasts but it's not painful.
