I went by my measurements but it did not fit. I sadly had to return it . Made very well wish it would have fit. I might look at the sizes again and try one more time

out If all the trainers I have purchased I am most pleased with this one. The back support is amazing. Definitely makes me sweat it doesn’t bulge out of your clothing and most importantly it’s COMFORTABLE. I WOULD PURCHASE AGAIN.

Excuse the shotty picture. But I bought the double pack. And I didn't have very high expectations because I usually sew my own petticoats. However, these turned out almost perfect. Especially for the price. I generally wear a size 24, ir 3/4x. I'm 5'7 and the fit is great. The length hits in the right spot. Both the white and black provided a great amount of volume, even in my heavier- material dresses. 10 out of 10, I would recommend

Love the product and material. Thought I would need a medium being it have 3 rows of hooks. But the medium didn’t fit fitted. So I will be ordering a size small . I’m 5’3 & 130 pounds. Shipping really fast got my trainer in one day.

I waited a while to do this review so I could feel out the product a bit.. and... This things is rad! I don’t use it as a waist trainer, but I wear it to suck me in and define my curves when I go out. And it works great! I always get compliments on my figure when I wear it. My tummy is one of my biggest insecurities sometimes, and this thing takes it away completely when I put it on. Also, I’m 5’7”, about 185lbs and I bought a large. I want to end this review again by saying I don’t actually use it as a waist trainer, but more as a “sucker-inner”.

This is an AMAZING shaper. I purchased this (and many more) to replace a gross, bunching, hospital issue Velcro abdominal binder post op. Out of the pile I purchased this was the immediate winner. It holds you in really nicely while not feeling totally matronly. Hourglass curves and confidence boosting for sure! And part of that comes from the thong that doesn’t flatten you butt out like a pancake. It lets it pop and show off what you’ve got while sliming your waist. Loved it so much I bought two more as I anticipate the thong part will need to be washed more frequently. Still making out well ahead of the three figure hospital grade, granny ones. Love!
