I orginally ordered a 3x but the bra part of course didnt fit, so I returned it and got the 4x and that one fit much better. I am 250 pounds and my bra size is 38k, so if you have large breasts you may need to go 1 size larger than your normal size. Fit: When I first tried on the 4x one, the bra was alittle snug and barely fit, but I was able to zipper it at least. But as time went by, the suit settled better and was able to fully fit it. Comfort: At first it was alittle snug but as the suit settled to my shape it felt great. Sweat: YES...you definitely sweat with this....not drenching depending on your activity, but yes you sweat. I wear it for work and exercise...and for exercise it's the best, because it makes you sweat alot. Overall this is perfect because I needed my midsection and breasts to trim down and this def does the trick. I'm already slimming down. I WILL DEF BUY AGAIN if I lose alot of weight and need a smaller size.

HERE FOR THIS!!! THis is now my SECOND purchase of this amazing item and I cant say enough about it. I'm about 5' 6 - 178 and it accentuates my curves more than any body boot camp could. If you just need alittle extra security in the trouble areas or want to just honor your waist and Booty - BUY it! I wear it to work, I wear to weddings, I wear it whenever I feel like and It makes me feel so confident and secure. It is not a cure-all fix all, you've got to love yourself too ladies - no matter your size, color, or creed. But this helps along the journey :)

I love this vest! I followed the fitting guide on the picture and it was spot on for me. The top is a little tight, but I believe it’s supposed to be that way. It actually does make you sweat also! Very pleased:)

I love this waist trainer. This is my second one because I went down a size. Package was delivered on time and I wear it everywhere from working out to grocery shopping. It’s washable and I just hang it to dry. Looking forward to getting another one after I go down another size.

Amazing!!! True to size, a bit tight at first but you do have to wear daily to become accustom to the fit. I ordered a Large and wore for 30days. I just ordered the medium size for the following 30days. Must wear daily to see the results. Definitely see the difference in my waist. Worth the buy.

Omg what a steal for the price!Bery very happy about my purchase.I regularly wear girdle’s (the ones with metal loops in front) and they always show threw the tops I wear so I decide to try this girdle.I didn’t expect much for $20.00 but knew it would be good because the reviews.I am 179lbs,5”10 and got a large.It for nicely but needed to suck me in more so a medium would have been even better.It smooth me out and is so comfy.Also the thing part isn’t up in your butt even though it’s a thong.I love this girdle and will buy a medium and small.Ladie’s please get this!you would never think I have love handles or a guy with this girdle!
