True to size, the quality is great! This is my third waist trainer with the best quality so far. I’ve been wearing it for 3 days, it keeps my back straight. The material is comfortable, haven’t noticed anything bad about it, so far so good.

The waist trainer fits perfectly and is very comfortable. It is not easy to put on at first, but becomes very easy after a day or two. I am a Fashion Model and I have been using it for a while to workout.I love this waist trainer so much. The packaging was very beautiful and I really loved it.

I love this! It makes you look amazing! I haven’t worn it out under my clothes yet. I sleep in it or wear it at least two hours a day. I have no complaints but if I wanted to make it prefect I’d make it a tad bit longer

I'm 5'5 , 211lbs with a big postpartum tummy and the 5x just barely fit me. I wear a size 2x shirt. It was quite a struggle to get it all hooked up. It isn't uncomfortably restrictive though. I can still breathe normal while wearing it. I'm hoping this will help heal my diastasis recti.
