I am 5.3” and 155lbs bought a XXL fits tight but it’s expected for a firm control item. It doesn’t show under clothing. But you ‘know’ you’re wearing it lol I’d definitely recommend it’s worth the money spent.

Originally have a small waist but I wanted to make it smaller I bought this and used it and have been using it for the past two years and I saw amazing results, I have to get a new one because the straps started to bend and it became hard to keep them together but it’s because of how often I used it I’d highly recommend hopefully I’ll be able to afford to get another one soon

It’s Okay I’m some outfits it looks great and in others it shows. The thong part hurts ALOT it was very uncomfortable. It snatched me up but not like I thought I would. Don’t wear directly on your skin especially if you sweat alot
