    I love how this thing SNATCHED my entire midsection. This is how I imagine I would look if I took the time and energy to workout. Back fat SNATCHED stomach SNATCHED love handles SNATCHED. anyway. I'm 5'3 165lbs. I ordered a med. For was great. It oys hard to get on. I would recommend undergoing the hooks snd stepping into it. Also recommended getting thsse correct size

    I'm 5'5 and my usual size is size top is medium. My weight is 134. I bought this in a size medium. Fits me perfectly. My husband had to help me get in and out off it lol. Held my belly in and gave me the curves I was looking for.

    Order similar products, however none worked as promised. Recieved mines just today put it on wasnt easy to hook but very comfortable after a few hrs. Instantly looks as if im a panta size down. Just absolutely love it

    My only issue with the belt is when I sit down the boning digs into my skin a little. Because my torso is short,but not always be in the case.Most the time this trainer belt is very comfortable to wear. I would highly recommend this.

    Glad I read the sizing in the picture. I am post partum 160lbs (tummy pouch mostly) & 5'6 tall. My natural waist currently measures 33 & I ordered the xl and it's perfect. Comfortable, yet effective. Really slims me down if you want to say.. Comes to bottom of bra and right above bikini panty line. Firm yet functional. Hoping to need a size down soon!

    It fits pretty well especially with the wrap. I used it for my Zumba class, it doesn't affect my movement. Very comfortable and has a good quality. Hopefully it will reduce the fat on my belly!
