    I love that it's true to size. I weighed 180 5'7, I got a Large and it fits great! It really works for your body and it does the job well. I also use it to work out.

    As others have said, it isn't itchy because of the way it is lined closest to the body. It really gives an added poof to my dresses. I am graduating soon and I bought this to go with my dress and I'm so excited to wear it!! I'll post pictures of before and after later but I think it's pretty good quality.

     I love this trainer. I got an XL and I love the fit, but I should have gotten a large. I can already close it all the way, which is fine because it can be tightened more. I’m gonna keep it, but I know I’ll need to size down soon.

    I followed a size chart and ordered Large for my 27” waist. I could definitely go one size down, but actually I feel very comfortable in Large, I wear it only for sweeting purpose and not trying to make my waist look slimmer. It’s a big longer than I thought too, but it’s my fault because I thought I have too long Corp. quality is really good and easy to put on and feel very comfortable during lifting, even didnabs workout.

    What I liked most is how well this shaper fits, it is breathable and very well made. It’s just as good as the more priceyer products on the market. And it shipped fast. I think it will have me at my desired size rapidly. I’m 5’1” 204 lbs expecting to be 190 by May 31st 2019 just in time for the summer I’ve been using this product since March 2019 on my way to my success thanks to this Shaper

    I was a little skeptical of this Latex Corset because I've been wearing an actual Lace-Up Metal Steel Boned Corset that laces up in the back. I love this Latex Corset because I can hook it up without my husbands assistance and I certainly love, love, the price. This gives me the option to alternate. The steel bone in this Lover-Beauty Waist Trainer is flexible, but has a strong structure. I will certainly purchase more.

    It is a great and very well-made spandex but was just a little large on the legnth of my torso and got a crease in the center I am 5‘3“ 120 pounds and a 34B bust and it’s smooth me out nicely and I can breathe comfortably but I feel like I could’ve gone for a small if I really wanted to taper myself instead of just get rid of that tiny belly pudge. Also the lace bottoms made it super comfortable and didn’t go up my bottom and kept the seam lines smooth! Might give it another shot in a size small though Because the quality was great!

    I've never found shape wear that actually does what it says till now. I had bowel surgery recently and had some swelling. We had a wedding to attend and I used this under my dress. Never felt so confident. Really helps flatten the tummy, at least until things start being normal again.

    It works pretty well. It's a little tight around the bust and I have small breasts so if you are big breasted I'm not sure this would work for you. Also, it's a little loose in the waist and a little awkward to adjust. But it does cover more area than your average sweat belt.

    I been using it for a month work out clean my home and once a while i sleep with it i have loose some inches in my waist and my shape is curvy instead before was squeare im 170 5'4 38-c i order it medium and is getting loose i recomend this 100 porcent
