I looove this product which is very comparable to another fitness belt that a lot of people are wearing.I bought was black,the colour is very classic.Feels amazing supports my back.Made very well and from great materials.I have used many fitness waist trainers in the past and this is by far my favorite! In the short time I’ve been doing this I’ve learned a few very important lessons for results. 1. Wear the correct size! It took me about 30 minutes of googling and a couple of ‘how to’ YouTube videos to learn what size I need to wear. I started with an xlarge (another brand) but learned it was way too big. I sized down to a large and less than a week later I sized down to a medium. 2. Be consistent! I wear the cincher 10 hours a day everyday. I take it off for my lunchtime workouts and put it right back on when I’m done. This is probably why I’m able to cinch down every 4 or 5 days. 3. Nutrition matters! You can’t just put this on and eat bad food and sit on the couch expecting results. This aids in weight loss and helps you see results sooner. So eat healthy and exercise! 4. Stay hydrated! I drink between 60 and 75 ounces of water a day, and I feel I should probably drink more. I started with a 34” waist and now I’m 33.5”. I’m taking pictures around 6pm, when I’m most bloated. I plan to do this for 3 months and update every 2 weeks!

Just received it about 30 minutes ago. i was about to order an XL because i figured I'd go a size up ordering from online. I usually wear a Large/XL and decided to go with a 2X because of the reviews. thank God i did. it fits perfect. only thing is, i can't wear my bra with it which is fine. i think even a 3X would have fit. Go up a size or 2 if you have large breast. I like it so far.

This is the first waist trainer that I have bought that fits perfect!! I am 5'2 and 170 lbs. My waist is 35 around. I bought a Large waist trainer and it just barely fits on the first row of hooks, which is awesome because now it will last thru my weight loss. I'm not gonna lie, it was a little tough to put on as it doesn't stretch as much as I thought it would. But the length is great! It fits over my pooch area and helps the muscle to contract. The material is very thick and the quality is amazing! The fact that it doesn't stretch much is great because then my muscles learn to contract and work to stay in as oppose to just pushing out as they would normally. It does take a minute to get use to it. The boning is rigid and if not placed on correctly, it will poke your hips. I have it on just right and it bends to my contours. I really love this one!! I have bought a few in the past from other companies but non were as good as this one.

Delivery was quicker than I expected, I ordered it Saturday and got it on Monday. The quality of the product is excellent. I am very impressed with the quality of this product for the price I paid for it. The reviews I read before ordering this ab trainer were very helpful and helped me with the technique I had to use when I was putting it on. Without the reviews I don’t think I would have known what to do to get it on. I really would have thought it was too small but it wasn’t. With some help from my daughter I was able to fit it perfectly. I have kept it on now for about 4 hours without any discomfort. I love it so much I decided I owed it to others to write my review on this product and also have decided to purchase another one. I don’t think I would have any problem sleeping with it on, so I would need a second one to wear while the other one is being washed. I love the shape of my body and my butt looks so perfect wearing a pair of jeans with this on. Wow. I had to cut the small loops as they were pressing them my side, making my left side a bit tender but that resolved as soon as I cut them off. They are unnecessary as I will not be hanging them up whatsoever.
