Holy crap! Sucks in my love handles like nothing else ever has! Pretty awesome! I wear a 14/16 in dress size... Ordered the XL and fits good and tight like it should. I'm bigger on top: L/XL in shirts and wear S/M in pants (sz 3/4 in jeans). I do recommend that if you have a larger bum or hips that you go up a size or two, as it is a small and restricting item that would hard to pull up. Took me a week to decide what size I was going to order based off what people were saying, so hopefully this helps!

I am 200lbs 5.5ft and the 4xl was perfect very true to size. Very comfortable I haven’t started working out as yet in it but the fit is great. Id recommend

I’m a size 10 & made the mistake of ordering a large for more comfort, but product is designed to compress and shape figure. So don’t size up order your true size for better results.

I love it. I just got it in the mail. I wear a 1X but decided to go with a 2X because of the other reviews. It fits perfectly, keeps the girls in place and the phone pocket is a plus!! I weight 221 and am a 36 D. I already put it on under my clothes and can feel it! Can’t wait to see my results, I go to the gym everyday before work and I kno this will help with my belly fat! I absolutely love this vest! I'm glad I ordered a 5x because they are cut small. I'm 5'4 and weigh 320lbs and I wear a 3x in shirts. My bra size is 38c and I had a little trouble getting it to zip all the way. I'm sure when I wear it a few times it'll stretch. The material is awesome and the vest stays in place, meaning it doesn't rise up your stomach or back. Its not restrictive but it holds me in. Overall I'm very satisfied!

Love it already! I put it on as soon as I got home from work and it fits like a glove. A little hard to align the belt part so it sits evenly on your belly, but overall it’s a great product that is well made. Can’t wait to put it to use at not only work but the gym too. Highly recommended you buy this.

What i really like about this waist trainer is that its long, long enough to cover the torso and below the belly. i have a c-section scar (1 yr 3months pp) and it covers over it so well something that was important to me to keep what i call the c-section pouch down. I normally wear a large or medium in shirts im 5'3 160lbs, i got a small after reading the comments, it was very had to get on but i got it and i could not breatheeee lol but after day 2 it was easier. The material is so nice i was expecting some cheap type of material but its not, it doesnt roll over or slip down when i sit down or bend.
