I have a 29 in waist and ordered the small. It is pretty sturdy, a little difficult the fist time but I have adapted (I was looking for a snug fit). I am pretty happy with the price and the quality.

I really like this it's not hard to hide under clothes if you wear a camisole it's easy to hide the zipper but I like the fact that it's latex so it takes water weight away I'm already on the third hook so I should have ordered a smaller size but I definitely will when I lose a couple inches great product for me anyway
