Normally I would’ve bought a medium but I went with a small. I’ve used this for two days. The first day was 2 hours and the second day was 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening. I loveee the way it makes me feel while wearing it and after taking it off. I use it with a cami underneath to prevent any sweat on the waist trainer. Overall I’m very pleased with the product for this price! I’ve tried cheap breathable waist trainers that did nothing and I can tell after two days that this is not one of them.

Love the way it makes my body look. I had a baby 2 months ago and have alot of belly and muffin top. I'm 5'6 and 190lbs wearing xl in clothes right now. I got the xl no zip and it was quite a fight to put on. Probably took me about 10 minutes to get on but once it was on I was like DAMN ! Totally worth it!
