Arrived on time. It fit as expected, snug on the last hooks... with hopes of me getting to those center hooks. It looked like it was going to be too small but it was surprisingly malleable and I didn't have to roll around on the floor or anything to get it on - good quality.

5'4. 160lbs. Waist 32. This waist trimmer is amazing. I've bought a few before from Walmart, jcpennys, and Macy's but none has ever felt like this! So nice and soft on the inside and very sleek on the outside. Next, go by your waist size! Do NOT get the size smaller than your waist. It has ZERO give. I done the mistake of getting the size down from waist and it isn't like the 'body armor' you get from the other stores. It holds very very well. It look me like 10minutes to get it to go together but I was determined; I wasn't sending it back. But after finally getting it fastened it was very comfortable and I felt confident. I just love it and I'll never go back to the old waist trimmers.

I received my package at around 2 PM, put it on, and haven't taken it off since! It fits exactly as I expected, and it is much more comfortable than I anticipated. I instantly look thinner and am excited to see results going forward. Definitely order the size suggested for your measurements. I did, and it fits perfectly.

As I opened and touched this item, I could tell I wasn't about to return it (like the many others that were crap). This feels like quality, fits and holds like I a glove. I'm 5' 6 and weigh in at 145lbs. I got a medium and I'm hoping in time I'll be able to fit in a small. My waist is obviously smaller. I hope this will be able to bring back the waistline I had before my handsome son a year ago. My waist was 27 before baby, and went to 30 after baby. The medium is a great fit for my 30 waistline. Hope this review helps someone out there.

Really comfortable and your extra pounds don't bubble over the bottom or top. I was very skeptical at first with the four prong buttons but they really work. I am 5'8 and weigh 165 pounds and I got a size up that what I normally get and it fit perfect. XL
