I ordered a small because I figured if it helps me lose a few inches then it will still be good after. Plus I usually wear between a medium and small in shirts. The first Tim I put it on I thought it would be too small but I was able to close it up and worked out with it. I feel that it does trim you waist. My waist does appear smaller and what I like about it is that it stays in place.

i ordered a LG I am 160lbs 5'4 waist is like a 34 mommy tummy I just ordered my shirt size lol ..it came in 2 days I put it on as soon as I got it and it was hard to put on but its supposed to fit like that so it can hold everything in i am a mother of 2 kids I could not get my mommy tummy down so I kept looking for a good waist trainer and its awesome the material is great when you excerise it moves with you I love it I would recommend.

I love this!! I have a 31.5 natural waist line (the smallest part of my middle above my belly button) and the XL fits perfectly! It takes off inches and gives me an amazing shape! Also, it is surprisingly comfy! I wear it under so many of my outfits and dresses and you cant see ANY of the garment!

Great corset. I love the quality of this corset. 12 steel bones are promised and nice sturdy material. Wears beautifully under my clothing, just a smidge short in the front. Im a size 18/20 and i didn't even have to fully release the laces. I couldn't be happier. Thank you.

This is a high-quality corset. I never would have expected that for the price and was ready to get what I was paying for. But it was perfect! It REALLY is steel boned! I put a magnet to them to test, and it absolutely stuck. The fabric is also comfortable and doesn't cut into your skin like most corsets tend to. Wearing it all day was never a problem. Tightening it is simple as can be. It doesn't just squeeze your middle, it gently moves everything around perfectly. I have been able to wear this under tight shirts, tight dresses, and with high waisted shorts and you could never tell I was wearing one. My posture was better and I didn't experience back pain like I usually do after a long day. This isn't your typical cheap ebay corset. This is the real deal. I would recommend it for anyone wanting that hourglass shape!

It works!!!! I've always been thin but without any definition in my waist. I'm 5'4 118lbs and I ordered the small. anything larger would have been too big. I've only been wearing it for 3 days and for a few hours a day but i actually see a difference in my waist already when i take it off. like I can 't believe how quickly it's working. (And when it's on my waist is incredible!) Thanks!!!!!
