Sizing is as described in the size chart. If anything I would say that it runs a tad bit on the small size so if you are close to the end of the size you may wish to order up. The tank has a zippered bra and a piece that wraps around the abdomen. It is not one continuous piece. There is a small pocket on the flap that ends up on the outside which I would advise against using for anything that can not get wet. The neoprene material is comfortable and flexible. It gets very hot and is not breathable, but of course that is the point. Hand washing and hanging to dry will keep the tank in the best shape. It does a great job of increasing sweat product particularly in the upper body and core. Increased sweat alone is not what will give you lasting weight loss. I use it for a detoxification purposes when I run or do stair sprints on cardio days. Make sure you get adequate hydration and that you do not overheat while wearing this tank. Increased sweat production can cause both of those issues. The quality of this sweat tank is great. It is very well made and put together with good strong stitching. Finally!! A corset/cincher/trainer that ACTUALLY sucks in my belly! I've had 2 large babies, and was chubby before that. I'm a lumpy muffin top shaped person that has ALWAYS had a pooch/flap of tummy. This is the first (of the 6 different brands I've bought) that really truly gave me the results I have been looking for! My tummy and love handles are just gone! SO HAPPY!

When I was looking at this product, I was so hesitant to buy it because of the sizing. I read all the reviews and I was deciding between a size small or medium. According to the chart, I would be a medium (I am 5'2, 128lbs, size 25/26 in pants, size small in shirts). I decided to go with my gut feeling and got a small instead. I know this is suppose to feel snug on my body, so I just decided to get a small. I ordered it on Sunday and received it yesterday, so it was a fast delivery. Today was my first day wearing it, and WOW! I absolutely love it! The quality is really nice and thick, very feel comfortable and I wore it for 8 hours!! I do have to say though that it was tough to put on at first... BUT once I got it on, it was very nice, snug, and comfortable!! I believe that if I went with a medium it would fit me perfectly but would not have that nice snugness as the small does. One thing that does suck is that it does wrinkles a little bit, but its not that big of a red flag to send back. Will be buying from here again!

I have purchased many waist trainers over the years that either hold in nothing or bulk and feel uncomfortable in all the wrong places. I was skeptical about ordering online but Yianna brand was recommended by a friend and I was also scared this maybe an imitation. I love the trainer and so far it hasn't bulked on my waist much it takes a while to hook it up but slims and looks fantastic, very happy!
