I was looking for a waist trainer that got the job done for a cheap price and I found it. I've had my trainer for a few months now and it's amazing. With this, diet, and exercise I've lost several inches off of my waist. The velcro is very strong and stays put for workouts. It's also comfortable enough to sleep in. Overall, I recommend this waist trainer!

this belt is very sterdy and i would say is not made for all sizes i wear a size 11 in pants and have a short torso and it fits me perfectly i like it a little tight though the velcro helps with that i absolutly love the waist belt ( the smaller belt peice) because it definatly shapes your mid section for that hour glass look.but this belt does not cover my whole stomach i just wear it in the middle for the hour glass shape the back makes it very beathable and i actually tested it at work witch is a very fast past heavy lifting job and it didnt bother me at all. well hope this help and if you buy it you enjoy i sure do!

This corset fits like a glove. I started on the first hooks and I am already using the second line. I am 5'10 an 190#. I purchased an XL and had to exchange it for a Large. It fits from the bottom of my bra to the top of my underwear with very little over spill at the top. I do wear this with a sports bra and a baggie t-shirt to feel a bit more confident at the gym. I use this will powerlifting and spin cycling.
