Overall I like it a lot physically, but there are some drawbacks aesthetically, which would happen with any waist trainer. See TLDR post below for details. I naturally have little to no ass (squats and heels have built this fragile empire) and usually I don’t even bother trying to wear pants because with the exception of a couple pairs over the last 20 years everything that fits in the waist is way to big in the hips/butt and everything that fits that area is 2-3” too small in the waist. Luckily skater dresses and skirts happened in 2009 and have become my uniform ever since, but it’s kind of a bummer to miss out on other styles. I actually started to kind of like my pooch in the front (which is good because I once got down to a size 2 and still had it) but I can’t stand when things cut in really far at the waist band. SO, I thought I would give this a try. I went with this affordable version because I tend not to follow through on things and I figured if I end up loving it I will maybe invest in a nicer one later. Honestly though, this thing has a ton of rave reviews, only $20, it’s comfortable, seems sturdy and well made, and I’m in savings mode so if I were to get another for normal wear I would be more likely to reorder this than to upgrade. Since I started wearing it I’ve lost about 3.5” off my waist, but I’ve also lost about 10 pounds so who knows? My proportions do seem a different, but it might be too soon to tell. I’ve been wearing it about 3 days a week for a month. I would wear it more, but it’s pretty damn hard to hide under clothing. I haven’t tried wearing it to work out, I think for that I would try a shorter one specifically for working out, probably the www.kaiorfitness.com version because I love Keyshia's hustle so damn much. ~*~pRos~*~ Good posture Comfortable Pretty easy to bend/move Makes certain outfits look amazing My boyfriend thinks its cool Seems to be working Provides support all the way to the bottom of the tummy None of the trouble breathing or any of the horror stories I have seen on the internet ~*~cOnS~*~ Creates a weird ledge of back fat (included a pic but it's hard to see because my shirt is loose) Can make the upper body look oddly broad/matronly Rim at the bottom is visible through pants or other form fitting clothing Sturdiness of hook area makes it prominent I think my torso is a tiny bit too short for it, so it covers more of my butt than I would like, a slight curve upwards in the back panel would be ideal ~*~nEuTraLs~*~ Makes the titties bang Getting it on usually means breaking a sweat Have to take it off to go to the chiropractor Overall if you have thought about getting one, I would for sure recommend this for excellent value for the price! I had a hard time finding detailed reviews so hopefully this is helpful. FYI I got a large and am on the second row of hooks.

Awesome!!! I love this thing. I think it's perfect for working out. I always wanted the corset style waist trainer but I was hesitant for some reason, and after I saw this I had to have it. I've been using it for the entire summer and it's held up very very well! It's nice and tight, very well made. I'm shocked how much I like it honestly!!

I was worried this would be too big and fall down. The top is spandex and stays in place, which I was happy about!! I thought it would be longer, but it did give me the extra poof I was looking for in a 50s dress. So many compliments!

I bought this for some smaller circle skirts and dresses and it fits perfectly. The underskirt is just full enough to add some swing but not too big to be costume-like. The skirt is not itchy and is sewn well. I am so glad I bought this!

Perfect ! I don't care what nobody says This waist trainer works if you work out in it. I wear mines overnight and my stomach is so freaking flat in the morning all day ! I advise you to wear a shirt or tank top under it when wearing it cause it could lead to burn marks since its so tight

Overall great product but I do feel the sizing was a little bit off - Nothing a quick exchange couldn't fix though. Product is well made, looks great & is pretty easy to move around in. All in all, I'm very pleased especially for the cost.
