I am 5ft 4in 190lb and I ordered a 3x. I have to say I was a bit nervous about buying this because I read through reviews and some said it fit to size and some said it ran small but the one I got fits perfectly. I was able to hook it up easily, though I did have to lay down, and its very comfortable. It also came right on time. I am extremely pleased with this product and I would happily recommend it to anyone thinking about buying one. But make sure you dont let your ego get in the way and actually use the size chart and order the right size for you.

Im 5'8, I weight 155! I ordered a medium but I couldn't get the middle two hooked, should've order a large but I guess once I start loosing inches, it will eventually fit! Quality is amazing, I totally recommend! :)

Probably the best quality waist trainer you will find on amazon for sure!
I do recommend measuring yourself and starting at your actual waist size, NOT smaller, if it doesn't fit your fat will bulge out.
I will be ordering from them again when I need a smaller size!

This trainer is awesome quality. Thick durable material, and once on pretty comfortable! I bought the size XL 31-33 inch waist and was alittle nervous it wasn't going to clasp. It arrived promptly as the tracking system showed later in the evening. I had eaten an awesome home cooked meal and tried putting it on right after and I could only button 4 from the top and 2 on the bottom. I decided to try again in the morning lol. I was able to clasp all the next day. Fits snug like I wanted. Excited to see transformation with a few life style adjustments and excersize.

Really slimming and adds curves. I've worn it 5-6 days a week, 6-8hrs a day and haven't noticed a change in the appearance of my stomach but love how it looks on. Worth the money and good quality,,also helps with posture due to the steel bones

I am 5'7 , 180 pounds. By the size chart, I should be in a 3XL. I ordered a 2XL because I wanted it to fit tight and it does. For $25, I am happy with the quality of this waist trainer. A good corset can run in the hundreds. I wore this for probably 10 hours the first time, with a very thin camisole under it. Very comfortable. I'll probably get a second one. I think I read somewhere that it has steel bones. Mine certainly doesn't have steel bones, but again.... $25.00. For the money, you're getting a good product.
