love this but it is a bit too small, and I am a medium. I bought a medium size because I have others that are in medium but this one didnt fit me in medium. I still love it it just runs a little small for me.

So i realize I'm fatter than I thought. Got my waist measure at 29 in February so I got the medium. On the last hook its super tight. Im scared to measure again. However the material is thick and smooth but very easy to hide underneath clothing. Bending is a little weird at first but I got used to it. I love it

I love it. I bought mine a size too big to help me transition from my postpartum belly to the body I had before. Ok. I followed most suggestions of swallowing my pride and admitting I DON'T have a 24 inch waist. I ordered a 5x. It came packaged wonderfully. Apparently, I was still in denial. No way was I this big!! I can hook it on the middle hooks with a bit of effort. This heifah holds you in, puts the dogs(I'm a DD) in their cage, back straight. I LOVE IT!
