It's very comfortable standing up. When I sit down it literally pushes my boobs up to my chin. I'm 5'1 and 130lb. I just had my third baby so I know I will continue to lose weight so I got a small. As soon as a wake up I can get it in the middle row. In the evening if I take it off and put it back on it's on the lose one. Because I can't sit right I'm returning it and trying the short torso one.

Ok I have to say that the zise Chart is not right because I am 35 waist and according of that I needed to get XL size! And couldn't believe it so I just fallow my pants size M.
I tried on and the middle hook was ok but still Can do the last one wish I did, I have been using it all day and is very comfortable, now I am thinking that I should get size S since I will probably loose some weigh because I just start a diet and gym, I hope so! Lol..

So this corset feels great. I was able to put it on by myself all three hookids rows. Only issue I had was after a week of wearing it the latex outside split and ripped all.the way down from.top to.bottom. it still functions but I think since it ripped it might not be clinching my waist the way it is supposed to.

Excellent product, about to buy my next one because exactly a month later it's too big on me and now buckles/folds slightly at the top because my body doesn't hold it all the way stiff anymore, as compared to the day it arrived, when I struggled to get all the hooks on! It's honestly wonderful, I suspect that the super expensive ones are just these rebranded ;) it helps keep my lingering post-partum pooch in check and lift my breasts, BUT on the completely non-cosmetic side, it has the added benefit of helping my back pain (I don't know if it's due to posture correction or not, but I have scoliosis so it's a life saver for me). I've already recommended this to other friends who were shocked that there are waist trainers that don't cost an arm and a leg. It's a great thing to have in your wardrobe arsenal to boost your confidence, help smooth your figure, and correct your posture. however if you plan to wear it under something else, be prepared to add an extra layer as some women's fabrics are really thin and show the boning of the structure waist trainer structure, as well as sometimes displaying the colour contrast in my case as I got the rose/black (I'll be buying either nude or black next for that reason). Don't spend a million dollars elsewhere!!! :)

I'm a huge fan on the waist trainers, this one really sucks it in and you will notice with in 2 weeks I lost 8 pounds and 2 inches on my waist. You do need to watch what you eat and excercise.

Shipping was fast, came a day earlier than expected. Material is really soft, stable, flexible, and breathable. I ordered a size waaaaaay smaller than me but even so it's comfortable and very tightening (extra small). The quality is literally amazing for it's price!! A must have while it's available serious s*** haha

I ordered two sizes smaller than recommended and could still hook to smallest setting within a week of recieving.

I bought for post partum support associated with diastasis and think it offers better support for your stomach muscles as they heal than any of the velcro options I have tried for past pregnancies.

I'm plus size, and I like to use a waist trainer daily. This one is great. I'd follow the size guidelines. YES it will be tight, but it's supposed to be. I recommend laying down while putting it on. This is the first lower price waist trainer I've used that doesnt roll or dig. I also find that it'd not too hot to wear.

Definitely listen to their sizing! I wear a medium in tops and got a large based on my waist measurement. The first day I got it, I was barely able to get it on the first set of clasps. Now, a month later, I'm on the last set/tightest fit. I'm about to order a size down! I typically wear it during the day and it gives me great posture. I don't, however, recommend wearing it during your workouts because it's too constricting.
