Is a good waist trainer. At the beginning was hard to put on, but once I use it for about 2 days it got easier. I haven't seen any results yet... so lets see what happen in the future.

It works if u want ro alim down your LOOK TEMPORARILY. PLEASE DO NOT USE ON A REGULAR BAISIS. NOT GOOD FOR YOUR BODY I had used daily for a week then one day I forgot it and my stomach muscles began to hurt. I also read it can seriously damave your blatter. Not cool. i will still use it to slim down for a wedding or reunion but not daily.

Excellent buy! Not only is it comfortable but actually works. Perfect for women who just had a baby. It's kind of hard to put on the first few times but once it's on it smooths your belly out and looks like you have a tinnie tiny waist. After a week you start to see results. I wouldn't wear it for longer than four hours a day though cause starts to hurt and I heard it could cause damage to your organs.

I'm 5'7 and 170 pounds and I ordered a large and it's perfect! It's not too tight but it's not too loose, it's just right! It's a bit uncomfortable when you first put it on but your body will get use to it after a couple hours. Each day it gets easier to put on.
