    I love this waist trainer. Definitely measure your waist and hips and choose your size based off of those numbers. I am a 39 and I got an XL and I was worried it would be too big because it looked huge in the packaging. Well it fits great. Tight and holds everything in without being uncomfortable. I can breathe in it and it definitely keeps my back straight. Huge Plus since I suck at posture. It took me like 8 minutes to get on. Every time I got a bottom hook hooked and would move up, a middle hook would unhook and I would have to go back or start over. I love that it cover my whole torso too. Great product. Great price.

    Got mine today! I'm very impressed! I'm 5.7' 146lb. And ordered a medium. It was a bitch to get on but after it was on it was fairly comfortable. Very flattering and my posture was on point. I could only do 40 min. Becayse i was starting to feel dizzy. Lol but I feel after time it will get easier and stretch.

    I really love this but I have to exchange it for a smaller size this fits large but is stretchable.when I received it I could already get into second hooks.I want to get some wear out of it.

    This product really cinches you in! The length is perfect. I ordered a Large so it would be tight... And boy does it do the job. I look 2 sizes smaller with it on. I am 5' and it covers my whole torso while the latex helps me sweat. Overall, I am super satisfied with this as the price was very reasonable.

    Im truly obsessed with this product. I had bought one other one off amazon called Colverie or something like that and I purcahed it for myself around Christmas time of last year but the hooks started loosening and the metal in the trainer started to fall out and I hated that so I ended up throwing it away and will never buy from that user again. But I'm so happy and greatful for this waist trainer because it is amazing and really fits nice. I agree with some of the posts saying its snug but it's a good thing it's snug. Wouldn't you rather it be a little tight than for it to be TOO big? Anyways... I'm Very VERY VERY pleased with this waist trainer and would recommend to anyone. Thanks so much!!
