I was a little skeptical as far as whether or not this would actually work as well as it was supposed to, but I was most definitely pleasantly surprised! Others I have tried in the past had issues with being shorter than I wanted and rolling/riding up, but this one stays put and is actually comfortable. I also wore it while working out and it still didn't shift around or anything, which is saying something because Zumba is my workout of choice and there is obviously a lot of movement involved. I did order a size up after reading the reviews that had been posted. They were correct in saying that it runs a bit on the small side, so if in doubt opt to go up a size! I also love that it has three rows of hooks so that as my waist line shrinks I can still get use out of it. It is very well made and as comfortable as a waist trainer could possibly be. I am very happy with this product and would gladly recommend it to anyone.

Excellent waist trainer! I am so pleased with it! My mom loves the way it shapes my stick figure (lol) and asked me to order one for her as well. One of my best friends also ordered one after all of my excitement and she is equally pleased. The quality is superior to the amazing price of $20 or so bucks (dependent on the size you order). I was just as confused on the sizing as I'm sure a lot of readers will be, so I'll go into detail of sizing and my experience with this item below -

I am 5'2 , about 110 lbs, and (without the waist trainer) my waist measures to 26 . Originally I ordered a size Small Yianna Waist Trainer. The sizing chart states Small (Fits 24-25 Inch Waistline) . Once I received my item and put it on, there wasn't much struggle to get the first row hooked on (like the expression, Fits like a glove )... which is not what you want from a waist clincher/trainer. So, I returned it the same day and ordered a size XS, which Yianna sizing states XS (Fits 22-23 Inch Waistline) . Bingo! The XS is here and it fits the way that a waist clincher/trainer should! We want this baby to be a bit tight so that it can work our waist into the desired smaller size. And is it comfortable!! You'll immediately notice the quality of the item as soon as you take the clincher out of the packaging.

Now, my mom is about 5'2 and her waist measures at 39 . I did not initially measure her waist, as she told me to order a size Large for her and I did as asked. When the Large came in, we could not get the clincher on her. So, I measured her and figured if I had to order a clincher minus 3 of my actual waist line (My actual waistline is 26nch - 3inch = 23inch is what I ordered for myself the second time), then I'll do the same for her and placed an order for 3XL (Fits 35-37 Inch Waistline) .

Try my suggestion above - Measure your waist before ordering, subtract 3 inches from your measurement and choose the size that falls under the calculated measurement. Subtract 3! I guess this might also depend on your comfort level... I'm quite comfortable throughout the day with the XS. I have tried to sleep with it on one night, but I'm not quite there yet for overnight comfort.

It's been about a week and I'm loving it!.

I can't speak for durability as I've only had this two days. I am 5 4' 185lbs and mrleasuref my waist above belly button at 37 inches. I ordered the one with tag in a 3xl. The first line of hooks was not difficult to put on but also not the easiest. I'm sure I will be on the second row very soon as I'm actively losing weight pretty fast as well. I bought this to help get rid of water weight in my tummy, wear during cardio (but not lifting weights as it can weaken your abs) and to wear from 12-8 during the day during my eating window as I intermittent fast to help me feel full quicker. I also am 1 year post Partum so I use it to assist in splinting my diastais recti. So far this has done everything I've wanted. It is comfortable. Helps with my posture. Works up a sweat in my mid section FAST. Helps my breathing better for assisting healing in diastasis recti and slims my mid sections very nice. When I sit it does not fold over all weird. It is also not so tight that I can't physically engage my abs myself throughout the day while wearing it which was a huge deal for me because if it was too tight it would just do the opposite of what I'd need and weaken my abdominal wall. So far I'd recommend this product to anyone wanting to do any of the things I am using it for. I would order based on what your measurements are and not your ego to get the right fit on the one that says with tag and as the sizing is different depending on which one you get. Also I will add this fits my entire mid section from about 3 fingers under my breast all the way to my pelvic bone.

Really good I had no problems! The results don't come too quick so make sure you wear it a lot and super tight!! I was a medium and already am going to a small after a month !! Like i said if you wear a lot you'll see results faster and by that I mean wear it for like 10 hours + a day! Don't eat junk food either!! It interferes with it! I made the mistake of trying to eat fast food a few times and it just made me grow a small pudge on my stomach :( but go on really long walk & hikes and wear it!! The more you sweat the better!! My boyfriend loves it he says he loves the way my curves feel ;) so I recommended 100%!!!!

It was hard to determine the best size to order based on the reviews. I decided to purchase one size larger than my t-shirt size. It fits on the widest hooks, so I will be able to go down the other two sizes on this waist trainer. Of course, it was very hard to put on the first time...start at the bottom, pull it down towards your hips as you connect the hooks, and be patient. I purchased it to use while hiking and it is comfortable. Also, I'm tall so I like that it covers my whole mid-section. My previous waist trainer was the blue kind with the zippers, which I recommend for exercising also. Once you get this on, it'll be worth it :)

I ordered this waist trainer on a whim because I'm trying to get rid of my love handles and contain my tummy area while I work out and what not, and let me just tell you I am in love with this waist trainer! I am 5'1 175 pounds and I ordered a xxxl and I could've gotten away with ordering a xxl or even an xl because I already have an hour glass shape so the top was a little lose on the first row but fit perfect on the second row! You will not be disappointed if you order this product it does not roll up on the sides or when you bend over. it helps with posture. It also fit my torso perfectly I was worried it wouldn't be long enough but it defiantly is the right lenght for me. within just a week of having it I can tell a difference in my hips and tummy! I love this waist trainer!!! It's hard to put on by yourself at first but once you do it one time it gets easier. It has some stretch but not to much, which I like personally. But I defiantly would recommend this to anyone looking for a low cost good quality waist trainer!

I absolutely love this. it fits a little tight but is stretchy and molds to your body perfectly. you can see a huge difference. I weigh 140 and am 5'2 and bought a size medium. I will most likely have to order a small soon so that it fits a little tighter.

I am like in love with this waist trainer. It did take two attempts to put it on because I ordered a size smaller than I should have, but I have been wearing it for 8 hours and I am able to breathe okay and eat without wanting to throw up. It's the right type of tight. I look instantly slimmer because my posture is great and I am getting that hour glass I needed for my dress.

I love this waist trainer! After having four kids I wanted something to help get my stomach a little closer to what it used to be.The material feels nice and thick not cheap and flimsy like some of the other trainers I've tried. This trainer really holds me in and I love that I can change the size of the waist without having to spend extra money for a new one. A lot of the other waist trainers only had to rows to tighten the waist this one has three. I wore the trainer on a hike and I felt like it actually helped my back because it keeps my posture straight. I'm 5'9 weigh 118 pounds and my waist is 27 I ordered the size small.
