The material is high quality and the product is well made, fits like a glove! I usually wear a large so I ordered the XL just to be safe- I'm glad I did as it runs a little small.

I was expecting this to be somewhat low quality, but that is not the case at all! It fits quite well, a bit small but that's expected. It will stretch a bit to fit you. It's comfortable for what it is, very good quality, doesn't feel like it'll tear or break if you pull on it too hard. It is indeed quite breathable, it doesn't overheat you like some others would. I would definitely buy this again and recommend it. I measured to my waist (I have a muffin top that's pretty big) and it suckedin the muffin!

This thing is fire. It really shrinks your waist. Its comfortable but after an hour of wearing it it gets a little uncomfortable and hard to breathe. That might be because I bought the wrong size so its really tight. But this thing is great, absolutely love it, I feel hot :)

Btw the best way to get into it is to start buckling from the bottom, and have the bottom right under your boobs and as you buckle your way up pull the corset down.

The fabric is nice and comfortable. It's heavy, meaning...nice quality for the price. I'm 5'4 1/2 and 157 pounds and I bought a medium. Fits perfectly, with plenty of room to lose some belly lol.

This waist training is great! I love the way it feels and the support it offers. I am 5'8'' 294 and I order a 6XL. I have to admit that I think I could have ordered a smaller size. Right now it fits great but I believe I should be wearing a smaller size. The chart was showing that it would actually be too small since my waist is 49''. But I guess because the area around the top and bottom of my waist aren't as large as the middle it feels bigger in those areas. I honestly prefer the ones that have the upper back and shoulder covers but this is still a good buy and good quality. I feel like it is too big because I could reach the second notch with no problem and when I went for the tightest one there wasn't much more of a struggle.

Only leaving 5 stars so hopefully it'll be seen otherwise I'd rate it 3. It is NOT steel boned. However, it is much sturdier than any other girdle I've ever tried. It does its job well. Still bends and such but not too bad. The hooks easily come out though, not all the way just slightly. I do love it but am hoping to find an actual steel boned one which seems to be difficult to find. All have been false advertised so far.
