This was the first corset/waist trainer that I've ever bought. I got it because it wasn't a tacky color and I just wanted to see what the hoopla was all about. I'm in love it with. This is comfortable enough that I can wear it all day. I've got a pretty length torso so it doesn't dig much into my hips when I sit down. Yes I am moving a little stiffly, but I've ever lifted weights and done core exercises when this is on. I'm not sedentary so that is perfect for me. I wouldn't do hardcore cardio with this on tho but strength training on all parts of the body is fine.

I normally wear a medium in shirts but I ordered a large in the product due to the recommended size measurement. It fits snug on the first rings as it should. I have a long torso and it fits perfect. If you have a shorter torso, this product may be too long.

GREAT product, especially for the price. VERY good quality. At first, I couldn't even fit it around my waist, and I was very disappointed. I waited a couple days, and decided to try again, this time more determined to get it on. It took a little effort (a lot. Lol) but once I got it on, A+! And with continued use it gets easier and easier to wear!

I had it on for a couple hours and was about to die because its soooooooooooo tight!!!!!!!! I took it off and didn't put it back on for 2 days and it got looser. Soooo Im guessing it works.. I will post pics later!

Love this! Everyone was saying that this product was smaller than expected, but it's a waist trainer, so I expected it to be very small and somewhat difficult to put on at first. I disregarded everyone who said to order up a size and I ordered an extra small. It was between small and extra small and I'm very happy I took the chance to order smaller. (I'm 5'3, about 110 lbs and a 26 waist.) Within a couple days, I could get it onto the smallest hook, so that's nice. It's definitely a bit uncomfortable, but that's expected. Also, you can't really wear it under thin clothing because the boning is pretty obvious, so I just wear it around the house. It doesn't help you magically lose weight, but it definitely helped my self confidence and it looks pretty sexy on.

Great product, high quality. Problem was, the trainer was too large. According to the chart, I should have gotten a large (28-30 ) since my waist is 28 . I got a medium, expecting it to be a little snug. Ends up I could comfortably go to the second row, and it didn't feel like it was doing anything, even though medium is for 26-27 . Returning it to get a small.

I ordered a 3x my waist is 43 inches and it fits me great! It's takes some getting use to but u just have to keep putting on until u can keep it on all day. I started on the first row and now I'm on the second row. I haven't used any creams just watching my portions and I haven't exercised do go a knee injury. When this 3x is too big, I will purchase from this company for my next size down!
