I love this product! I was a little scared because my waist is 30inches and the large only went that far, but it fits perfectly. The only reason I could see needing to go up a size is if the largest part of your belly is significantly larger than your waist.

Best waist trainer I've bought. Sturdy, noticed a difference in my posture in one day. Aloe oaths back pain. The boning doesn't bend. Hand washes it once already and there was no color bleeding. I have a long torso so this is just right and fits well below the top of my pants.

im 5 4. weight 132 pounds. I got a size small. fits perfect. great material. I can squeeze into the second hook. i don't use it to work out because its very sturdy. But its comfortable where i can wear it all day! i love it & highly recommend.

Really had to pull hard to get this trainer on, but it is comfortable once it's on. I am able to move around without any difficulty and the material is breathable, so it's not as hot.
