After I worked out today, I just got a confirmation about my waist trainer just arrived. After taking out of the package, it fits perfectly and I'm currently wearing it right now. So future customers for this company, make sure you do your research and look through the comments. You must know how much you weigh, hight, and waist size. Plus, always keep up your exercise and diet. I lost 50 pounds before getting this product and hoping to lose the extra 30 with the waist trainer. Giving this product a thumbs up!

So, let me just say, this far exceeded my expectations. This is the third waist trainer I have purchased. This is the ONLY one that does what it's supposed to do. The other ones I purchased were thinner, stretchier fabric and just sort of stretched around my fat rather than tightening around it and squeezing it in. This thing really squeezes you in. It's thick and sturdy which I love. Under clothes it really does give me that hourglass shape with no bulges. A few thing to consider before you buy: It's tight, thick material. There's three sets of hooks so as your waist shrinks you can go to the next set. The first day I tried putting it on it took me over 30 mins. I'm 5 2 171lbs and I got a large. It was slightly smaller than I anticipated. (If you don't want a super tight squeeze maybe go up a size). However, by my fourth time wearing it I can now get it on in about 10mins. So it must be working. Still super tight though but that's what I want. Also, first day wearing it it was a bit uncomfortable but I'm used to it now. It makes me sit straight up! No slouching lol I haven't worked out with it yet but I don't see it being a problem if I do. It's long, goes all the way from my waistline to my bra. If you are like me and have some back fat there will be back bulge at the top bra area but once you put on a shirt it's not visible. Also, I wear an undershirt under mine so it does't rub against and irritate my skin(had that issue with another waist trainer I bought). Hope this helps!

Love the material is comfortable but I can't have it on for more then 6 hr just bcuz I do million things and I feel it take me longer time to do them.
I think if you use it when work out 2 hrs is enough. need to keep trying more and use it more but was a great purchase for the price I recommended

Love the waist trainer. The reviews helped a lot and mine fits perfectly though its to early to know if its working or not.I probably could have went one size down but I would of been pushing it far as being able to breathe or not!! I'm 185 pounds,5'3 and the 2x puts me in the second hook. Get it ladies!!

Seriously I always doubt products that are sold over amazon but this waist trainer is amazing. The material is not flimsy whatsoever and it is not cheaply made. I measured my waist, ordered my size and it fit perfect. I am not going to include a picture but it is exactly what it looks like on the girl. I recommend you buy this waist trainer. You won't regret it!

It's nice to use in combination with weight loss goals as it gives you another way to measure progress. Also, it makes you very conscious of your posture and portion sizes (you can't eat large portions or slouch while wearing it). Over the past four weeks, my waist dropped 3 inches (ordered XL, waist is now 31 ) and I lost 8 lbs. I started on the first hook and now I'm almost to the third hook.

I'm not sure it actually shrinks your waist, but it works better than any normal shapewear in smoothing over a tummy pouch or back fat (but boning may be visible under thin/tight clothing, so be careful). I haven't been wearing it much lately but I will definitely use it any time I need intense shapewear for an event. Wear a camisole under so it's not as sweaty/uncomfortable. I paid around $20 for it but if I did it over, I'd pay up to $50.
