So far I love the hold and material of this waist trainer. Most people suggest latex but the smell and bend I can’t get with. This is perfect for women like me with short a torso. To give an idea on sizing I am 5’2 and typically wear a size 16/17 with an occasional 14 or 18. Hope that helps.

I’m usually a large in pants, so I bought a large. I probably should have gotten XL. I can still fit in the large, it was kinda tight at first, but I’m use to it now. But it’s breathable, after a while it feels comfy. It also helps me with my posture so I’ll like to wear it daily. It’s definitely a nicer material, I wouldn’t want to workout in this, more just for sleeping or cleaning the house type of waist trainer. It also helps me fit in my clothes so much better and I feel much more confident. I just had a baby 5 months ago and this waist trainer has helped me gain my confidence back.

I’m 5’7, 130 lbs with a 28in. waist and I ordered a S in the small torso waist trainer. I was difficult getting it on but it fits and breathes comfortably! I’ve had two waist trainers before but I found then to be very uncomfortable to spend long periods of time in. I’m still on the first hook but I can rest comfortably in this! Definitely recommend.

This is comfortable and fits well. Not really breathable so I sweat under it but it does what it’s meant to do. It also keeps your back straight so you won’t slouch, but that also keeps you from bending over to pick things up.

I decided to try out waist training recently to give my body a more snatched look, I’m currently 26 going for a 24 so I got an Xs so it fits perfect! I just wear it around the house for 8-10hrs a day & should see results soon!

Fabric is great for weight loss. I usually wear L clothes, but this one is not for me. It's for my friend. I'll buy two bigger than sizes . I really like it!

LOVE this! 5'2 and 155, bought a medium. Wondering if I would have bought the breathable one if it would actually be breathable but ehh whatevs. I bought it medium bc I wanted to have it for awhile. I put it on the first hook but as I lose weight I can bring it in. Realized after sitting for awhile it can get slightly uncomfortable but I love it standing bc it covers everything and a good fit. Wires dont bend as I twist, sit, or lean. Good quality.

I love this. First time I’ve ever bought one that has snatched me all the way. Love handles and lower belly area.. I will admit that it is hard to get on & you may struggle a bit, but when you do get it on you will love it. It’s worth it. Standing with it on is a lot easier than sitting. May feel it go up under your breast if you have a bigger chest. I’m a 36C, so it doesn’t affect me.. May have to pull your bra over top of it. It’s definitely something you have to get used to.

This is the most comfortable waist trainer I have ever used. I wear it everyday about 8-12 hours a day along with exercise and diet and have lost 30 lbs. 100 % recommend.

I am 236 pounds I got a 2x with usually fit with other waist trainers I wish I got a 3x the 2x was soooo had to get on and off so if you add are around my size and have a lil belly get 3x . But other then that I loveeeeeee it i has it under my dress it really showed my curves I got soo many compliments about how good I look

Omg I love it! I got the smallest size! Wow, I usually pay $40-60 for this one, but on amazon it’s so cheap! Material is good and breathable! I’m so excited to get this tiny waist again! It also seems like it won’t fall apart when I wash it
