I love this shaper! I’m 202lbs and I have both a XL and 2X. The XL fits but I can only snap the first row of clamps and it’s a bit too snug for my liking so I’ll use it once I lose a few lbs. The 2x is actually too big wen on the first row of clamps so I use the 2nd row. In the pictures I am wearing the 2x on the second row of clamps and it’s super comfy and breathable. It looks great under clothes and is very strudy.

Totally worth it!I've been starting since a large size and on to the last size of XS ! This really helps with waist. Really thick material which is great and comfortable. Although I wear it with a tank top underneath as it makes my skin irritate with sweat. Highly recomendable 😀

I’m super excited to begin waist training. This is a super solid (but soft) waist trainer. I ordered a small, but my actual waist measurement is 27.5. However, I fit into the first row of hooks with relative ease. Ordering a size smaller may be best, especially if you’re only a half size above the next size down.

This waist trainer is just what I have been looking for! My waist measured at a 42 inches before I ordered it. According to the size chart I was supposed to order a size 5XL but thank god I read the reviews which advised to order two sizes down! Getting the waist trainer on the first time was hard! I swore it didnt fit and and I would have to size up. But I took my time and got it on and it fits! I do wish it were an inch longer though! My torso is longer than the average! But I am overall happy with my purchase!

I bought a M 38 waist but it was too small so i forced to close it and after a day it fits comfortablyToday ive lost 4 inches from my waist i do eat clean an drink alot of water! I also use your closet lipo gel along with it

I have a waist of 33in. After reading reviews I decided to go with an XL. However, it was too big for me. Returned it for an L and it fit nicely. It offers great back support and lifts the bust quite nicely. Looking forward to ordering a smaller size in the future.

I usually wear a size 6 in pants and dresses bought the medium fits great it’s comfortable and completely breathable I’m able to sit and not feel like I can’t break, the support is super snatched !

The sizing chart is pretty accurate, I’m at a 28 inch waist Naturally and I ordered a small even though the chart suggested a medium. I fit small everywhere else so I choose to go down a size and I’m glad I did . The trainer it self is really soft and comfortable but it’s definitely something to get used to putting on. Let’s just see how the results are

I just got my trainer yesterday, and it’s great. I got a size medium and it fits snug on the first hook. I am 5’2/5’3 and weigh 140 pounds. Has no smell like i see some reviews saying. gives me better posture and makes me feel very nice and slim. Feels like nice quality too

Okay let me start by saying this is PERFECT!!! It’s not “shapewear”. This is made to TRAIN your waist, it’s suppose to be tight, it helps improve posture, get rid of belly inches, and train your waist to look like you want it to. This YIANNA steel boned waist trainer is the same incredible quality as ones I have bought before for $100! I didn’t want to spend that much knowing I will need a smaller one in a month and I was nervous, but this one is legit! Just buy it! BEFORE YOU PURCHASE MEASURE YOUR WAIST! Your actual waist, one inch above your belly button. My waist measures 39” and I ordered the XXL. Are my shirts that large? No. But it’s the way the product is made and that’s how they are sized. The xxl took some breathing and praying to Jesus but after about 5 minutes it was on and it felt amazing. Recommendation; hold your trainer where you want it placed, lay down on your bed, and button from the bottom up. If it’s loose, it’s not going to do it’s job. The steel boned trainer does NOT move. It won’t roll up, it doesn’t poke. It is restricting but again, it’s suppose be lol It is amazing. I’m only 5’4” and it goes from right under my bra to the top of my panty line. This is the perfect length. I was hesitant to order, just pick your size and click add to cart lol you will be so happy! I am overly pleased with my purchase! I highly recommend this product and this company!!!
