Me quedo muy bien .

I was very skeptical about sizing. I’m 5’7, 240lbs. After my baby I weighed 300lbs. Now I got down and started struggling with losing more. I’ve read reviews on this one and everyone says order bigger! Then I see others saying their way too big. I measured my waist at 43” but I went with my gut and got a XXL. I’m so thankful I did. It’s perfect fit. Ladies, go with your gut feeling!

I’m very happy with this purchase. I bought it mostly for back support, and it’s the best my back felt great instantly. The plus side is that it also gives me a nice definition. Very comfortable a bit of a challenge to put on, I guess it depends on how tight you prefer it. Overall I’m very happy 5 stars. I will be purchasing different colors.

I purchased the 25 steel bone waist trainer. This waist trianer is definitely worth the money I got a size small, I weigh 157 lbs 29-33 inch waist depending what I ate haha!Im used to wearing waist trainers so I'm used to being constricted. I could have squeezed into an x-small but it would have been tight and difficult to get on!!!! Im current on the first hook with the small and I could honestly work out in this without discomfort.My last trainer was not from this company for about the same price and nothing compared to this quality. The only complaint I have is the package arrived a day later even though it was marked as delivered on estimated date. But definitely love what this trainer does and the quality is A1!.Definitely will be purchasing again in the future

I admit...I feel snatched!! This waist garment is the truth. I probably could’ve went up another size but the goal is to go down. I’m 5’7, 198 pounds, and got a xxl. I initially brought a xl but I should’ve went by the size chart. Switched it out and I’m pleased. Also best quality I’ve ever had.

I love the support of it but we’ll see how it wears and tears after a month. I weigh @150 right now and my hips measure about 37 inches so I got the medium and it fits just right on the first row.

i’m 200 lbs & 5’3. the XL 25 steel bones model fit perfect. i don’t find it uncomfortable to move around in. i will be wearing this all day. can’t wait to see the results in the next few weeks 🤩

Wow what can I say this product is amazing and pulls you IN... I ordered and XL and was a struggle to get on but once on I looked amazing.

I love it!!!! I was told to get a different brand that was more expensive but I saw the reviews on this and well I got it today (6x) and it was a challenge to get it strapped but I did it and once I did it felt normal and better. Automatically I felt a shift change in my midrif area. Im using this as a all day thing and then I have a different one (a different brand) that I use for exercise in the evenings. But this is just my first day with it. And i feel so comfortable and make me look slimmer.

Received my waist trainer today pretty comfortable after wearing it for a few hours. It was hard getting it hooked but I like that the length is long enough to cover my torso and flattens out my FOPA. I originally was going to order the 2x but after reading more reviews I'm glad I went back and got the 3x instead. I'm 5 ft 3in, 188 lbs, waist 37 .

I love this waist trainer because its comfortable and you are able to wear it for many hours! Unlike other waist trainers, this one doesnt feel like its the wires are stabbing your abdominal area or rib bone. Took me forver to find a good one, i tried it from my friend first and decided to buy mine and im so glad i did! you wont find another one this comfy for such a ghreat price! also im able to to workout with it comfortably!I got a size medium, my pant size ranges from brands but usually size 5 and 27 some brands like express jeans im a 2.Also Ive worn it like 3 times already and im already at the second hoook. but i workout 5 times a week and got a body massage that makes you loose weight. I feel i should of gone a small but a medium will fit for now. I am 5’11” tall with a 38” waist. I read a ton of the reviews and decided to order size LARGE. It’s the perfect size for me. On day one I really needed help getting into it (hooking from bottom to the top) but by day 3 it was easy for me to do on my own. Like anything else I think you need to break it in for maximum comfort. However this is the first waist trainer I’ve ever ordered that was flexible enough for me to workout, run, sit, etc. I’ve been wearing it for 8 hours a day and absolutely LOVE it!!!

I had been searching for a good quality waist trainer and came across this one. I am so happy I purchased this one because it is so comfortable, it does it's job, and it's very affordable. I give it five out of five stars. Can't wait until I size down to order the next one!!

So I read most of the reviews and decided to go for a 4xl. I know that by looking at my picture you wouldn't guess that but I have a Buddha belly. I tried it on yesterday and wore it for 8 hrs. It was a bit snug. Today I'm on the 3rd hook. Not sure if I was just bloated or it just wasn't fitting right. Anyway, it's great for looking a bit trimmer in clothes and to help with workouts and posture. I am currently in my 9th week of clean eating and keto. So, is this a magic worker? Nah. But if you do what you're supposed to, it'll work.

I’m 5’4 170 lbs I’m overweight by 30 lbs and carry most of my fat on my breasts and lower party of the body. I deduced to start keto to loose the extra weight and a waste training was definitely part of the plan. After reading reviews I thought a large would be too big and I was right so ordered a medium It is a bit snug but on the comfortable side of snug. I could’ve probably gone down to a small but I’m staying with the medium for now. This waist trainer definitely corrected my posture and what can I say I love it! I will update my review in a few months to see the changes
