I'm so happy I bought this. Slims my figure instantly and gives me a very noticeable, sexy hour glass figure. It also braces my back and adds support and makes by cleavage look great too! The hooks are sewn on so well I was honestly shocked. The latex material is comfortable and you can wear it under your clothes. I would recommend this to about anyone.

This waist trainer is great! The only down side is when you sit it is a little uncomfortable, but you get used to it within 2-3 days. Also, it pushes your breasts making you feel a little uncomfortable and gives your breasts a little uneven look. Other than that its a perfect product to use!

Love love love it! I bought this because I have hard to target lower back fat. Im size 5 pants but no matter what I do I have a back muffin top. This, exercising, and eating healthy have helped alot! Definitely get a size up from your shirt size. I wear medium and got a large and it's perfect.

Love it. I brought the wrong size at first but I reordered another and it arrived on time as well. The return process was smooth as butter ;o) Fits as expected for my waist measurement.

Amazing! It's comfortable and flexible. I was skeptical at first. Ordered a medium even though it recommended a L or XL and it's perfect! It shouldn't be easy for you to put on. Definitely don't follow the size charts. I'm on day 3 and already noticing results and my posture has improved! Almost on the middle hooks! Wore it to the gym on day 2... BiG MISTAKE. I was dizzy and light headed.. Give yourself a week before exercising in it. It does suppress your appetite so don't forget to eat!
