After so many returns I was finally able to get the waist trainer that fits me perfect.
Do order 1 or 2 sizes up. I am 5' 3 190lbs and a XXL fits perfect. It all depends how tight you want to be. Enjoy!

I just got it yesterday and I absolutely love it. I was previous using the Sweet Sweat waist trimmer belt and after 6 months of using it, I did not get the results I desired. It did not provide good coverage and it rolled when I worked out or sat down. I've also waist trained before with another brand from hourglass angel and this is so much better. The price is Great, I wish I would have found this vendor two years ago because I paid over twice the amount for another brand. The construction of it is of great quality. It was very comfortable once I got it on and even though I ordered it a size smaller, it does not roll. (I did my squats this morning with it on and it did not budge!!!.) I have a long torso and I was concerned that it would not completely cover like my previous waist trainer but it did and that is a relief. I am very satisfied and you will be too. It didn't come with care instructions so I would advise to hand wash with cold or lukewarm water and hang to dry.

Good quality and fits good. I wear a medium in tops and originally bought a 2x because my waist size is 33 . It was too big so I sent it back and got a XL and fits great. You can move around in it still even though it's tight. The hook and eyes are hard to connect the tighter you pull it but once it's on it doesn't move around. Pushes your bust up and keeps your tummy in. I will buy this again in a different color. Fast shipping.

Originally ordered a small because the wife refused to believe she was anything bigger than that. Of course it didn't fit but thanks to Amazon Prime free returns we sent it back the same day and ordered a large. We had measured her waist belly button high and was 35 inches. The large specifies 28-30 inches but she refuses to get a larger size so i order the large. It came in 2 days later and we squeezed her in and it fit. It was alittle tight at first but now with 30 minutes a day of cardio on our elliptical she has lost 3 inches in 2 weeks. She is now to the middle hooks on the waist trimmer. Soon we'll have to order a medium so she can keep shedding inches off. It works and I recommend it to anyone looking to buy one of these.

I was so concerned about it fitting too small that I ended up ordering a size that was too large for me but when I returned it for me true size it fitted like a second skin and it's so comfortable too.

I really like it. I can breathe and work out in it comfortably! But I think I should have gotten a size smaller because i can wear it on the very last row without any problems! So I think you should see what your measurements are then order a size smaller than your measurements.

I got my waist trainer today!! I order it yesterday..after ordering the first one was too small. I order an extra large because that is my shirt size. But ….how ever I had to go up to a 5x. It fits great!! The waist trainers does run small sizes. Please read the review and also measure you stomach and waist area. Word to the Wise!!:)
